We chose the hotel based on its location (in our opinion, this is the best) and the level of the room (the best room is at the very top, with a great view - the presidential suite), which we were guided by reviews and photos of the hotel. Since we were arriving early in the morning, at 4 am, we booked an extra day so that there would be no problems with check-in. Upon arrival, it turned out that we were offered to check into a room on a lower level (in fact, it was simpler, located lower, with a view of the road, in general, crap). Later it turned out that the hotel has two "Presidential suites", but of completely different levels. In general, this is not a serious approach on the part of the hotel. We refused to check into the room with storks and a view of the road, and they checked us into the one we wanted, but after the room became available (we waited until lunch, tired from the road). Naturally, no one compensated us for the paid day, with the appearance that they had two identical rooms and we had some kind of quirks. However, the vacation was not spoiled and the hotel is really good (but only the main "Presidential Suite" upstairs). We recommend that the hotel raise the price of the main room and make it the only "Presidential Suite" and not fool the guests with this simple trick.

The location is pretty good. You can go up to the top floor early in the morning and watch hot air balloons. There is also a sunset viewing platform just a short walk away. The room is dark and the furniture is a bit old, so the cleanliness is average. The bathroom is what I am most dissatisfied with. The drains in the bathtub and basin are easily clogged. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a bath. The sliding door is not easy to use and can cause splashing. There are very few places to hang clothes in the room, making it very inconvenient to wash and dry clothes. I don't think the breakfast is delicious, but the front desk service is okay. After looking at the hotel on site, I prefer the hotel next door (unfortunately, Ctrip does not have this hotel) - in terms of location, public area, sanitation and room decoration.
