A hotel run by a manager who hates Asians. They changed my room without any explanation, and did not provide basic items such as cheese bread for breakfast, saying that I was Asian. I even politely complained in English and Turkish, but they said that they did nothing wrong and that they provided a different breakfast for me than other Westerners because I was "Asian." Also, when I reported this to Trip.com, they came to my room while I was resting and yelled at me, asking why I was complaining to them on Trip.com. I was so scared that I ran out of this hotel, leaving my room key behind, even though I had one night left. I was gripped by fear that they might do something to my room and breakfast the next day. This is a place where there was a fire this year, so I don't know if they want to cover the fire repair costs with the customers, but they are very rude to the customers who come to visit. If you are Asian, do not visit this place. I will report this issue to the Turkiye Tourism Board, Goreme Tourism Board, Cappadocia Tourism Board, and the Turkiye Tourism Board worldwide. This hotel is so outdated that you can't even call it a hotel. The staff's mindset is so outdated that you shouldn't visit it. It should be closed down. The last time I spoke to Trip.com, they said they went to the room to check the air conditioning, but for your information, this hotel doesn't have air conditioning. There's no Wi-Fi in the common areas either. When I checked with the staff, they said they'd fix it, but instead said they couldn't use it either and there's no internet. Don't go there. If you're Asian, the racism is very severe.

The hair dryer and shower head were broken. There was a lot of dust and my nose kept sneezing. After arriving in Kappa, we also checked out other hotel restaurants. They were much better than this one. Don't come here.

The room is old, the facilities are old, there is nothing, no toothbrush service, and the breakfast is average.

The environment is basically like a cave house from the 1980s. The headlights are broken, the TV is broken, the hair dryer is broken, and the room is as dark as ** at night. The service attitude is very poor. I wanted to go back to the room to take a shower before 12 o'clock, but they refused to agree.
