Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel

Really like it! Although it is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station, the overall facilities and services are very good. The breakfast on the top floor is super delicious and the scenery is also very good. It is really great to be able to stay at a cheap price in the off-season.

Although this hotel is pretty good overall and looks clean and has a decent environment, there are still many speechless points: 1. The prices on the Ctrip platform are very high and sometimes very low (the platform and the hotel also blame each other, and I don’t know whether the price is set by the hotel or the app). The hotel I booked in advance charged me more than 700 yuan a night, but when I arrived at the hotel and opened Ctrip, the price had become more than 300 yuan. Although they finally gave me a 500 yuan difference and upgraded the room to more than 400 yuan (I booked 3 nights at a price of more than 700 yuan), I still lost money. I lost money even though I booked in advance. It’s really speechless. 2. When we checked out, it was 2 hours later, and they asked us for 32 euros. We were not in the right first, so we should pay them whatever they asked. But I didn't react at that time. I was thinking about booking another night, but the room type that upgraded us was no longer available, so I booked another room. I thought about asking the staff if the 32 euros could be refunded a little bit, after all, I renewed the reservation for another night. She said that the manager would communicate with us at work tomorrow, and no one mentioned this matter the next day... We were in a hurry to catch a flight, so we thought about forgetting it, but the experience was really too average. PS: The entrance of the hotel was uneven, and I fell flat on my face when I went out. In addition, I saw that the comments were all praising the breakfast, but I can only say that it was too average, and some of it could be called unpalatable!
