This hotel has a good viewpoint of hot air ballon. It is close enough to say hello with ballon passengers. Hotel staff provide a lot of information about Cappadocia activities. The room is new and clean, making me feel comfortable.

如果再有機會，我一定在這裏住上兩三天，啥都不幹，就跟酒店呆著，早上看看氣球，或者乾脆跟酒店定個行程，三點起來去坐個氣球，反正我知道，回來酒店有土耳其最好吃的早餐等着我。還有現做的炒雞蛋。早餐廳太漂亮了，為了在早餐的陽台多待會兒吃的走不動。
雖然不是所謂的洞穴，但是相信我，絕對適合愛乾淨，愛安靜的人羣。房間乾燥，衞生很細緻，足見經營者的態度。
話説回來，最最讓人感動的，還是酒店工作人員的態度，真的太體貼了，什麼都願意幫忙，會想到你完全想不到的細節。
每天的果茶飲料和點心都是免費的，一天奔波下來，建議來一套點心和土耳其茶，坐在酒店的泳池旁，或者陽台，或者漂亮的大堂裏，靜靜享受酒店提供的絕佳氛圍。

This is a great hotel that left the most pleasant impressions! The staff is incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help and create a comfortable atmosphere. I would especially like to note the wonderful lounge area on the top floor - an ideal place to rest and relax. And the rooftop area is simply magnificent! You can’t think of a better place to admire the flight of hot air balloons. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied. The room is always clean, and the bed is comfortable and cozy - the key to a great night's sleep. Overall, the hotel left the impression of a very cozy and hospitable place where you want to return! I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The staff are incredibly helpful and respond quickly on Whatsapp for assistance. Really appreciated their helpfulness and hospitality.
However, there is only a overhead sprinkle with a very low water pressure, without a portable sprinkle. This makes shower a bit difficult and uneasy. The towels are old and worn out too.
