Öncelikle şunu belirtmem gerekiyor otelin konumu çok güzel bir yerde . Sabah balonlarla uyandık otelin etrafı balonlarla doluydu , mükemmel bir görüntü vardı . Otel pırıl pırıl çok hoşumuza gitti . Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü çok yardımcı oldular . Sonrasında açık büfe harika bir kahvaltı yaptık herşey inanılmaz güzeldi , Kapadokya da ilk tercihim pashabelle hotel olur her zaman .Nuran hanım harika anlatımlarda bulundu bizi çok güzel yönlendirdi Kapadokyadaki bi çok aktiviteye katıldık kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Nice Place where have some days in Goreme. Cozy foor and delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and scrumptious yogurt. Our Room was confortable in a nice tradizionale style l. Staff was kind and Welcoming but few people Apple english. Overall I recommend t!

During our stay in Turkey we stayed 3 nights in this hotel so that we could visit all the magnificent places of Cappadocia. It is located near the center of this very touristic town full of restaurants, bars, shops and of course travel agencies that offer you everything.

A bit run-down and dated hotel in the outskirts of Goreme (you can get to the center in 10-15 minutes). A bit small but functional room. Breakfast on the terrace is plentiful and varied. Very easy and helpful staff. On the last day they let us start breakfast early because we had to leave. If you don't have great luxury expectations I would recommend it because it still has a good quality/price ratio.

Very nice hotel , just outside city center so away from madness of tourists rush. Wonderful trails nearby. Breakfast is nice . Wonderful reception staff , very helpful. Highly recommended. There are no elevators so heavy bag carrying can be an issue. Breakfast served on third floor terrace .

I have spent one night as a member of tourists group. Hotel does not follow own cancelation policy (24 hour prior) and charge the clients full cost. There was no lingerie for one bed. plus kitchen and breakfast is terrible. without any hygienic condition one of our members find bunch of human hair in tea.

The hotel is nice overall, located in a newly built area (May 2023, when we were there they were asphalting the road in front of the hotel). The rooms are nice and the staff very helpful. However, attention to detail is lacking. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the room was cleaned only once during our 4 day stay, the shower towels were changed but the face towels and bath mat were missing. Both times we had to go and ask at the reception and the staff on duty helped us as best they could. The lighting in the rooms was poor, the bulbs used gave little light. The breakfast was good but on the last morning in which we were able to use the service there were no eggs for the omelette because the supermarkets were opening later due to the elections and the cook had forgotten to buy them the day before. Many small details that make the difference.
