The decoration is good and location near the downtown 👍. However, when we check out, the reception said they don’t work with Trip and they asked me to get the refund from Trip and then pay for the fee in the reception, which was incredible and their attitude is not really good, like everything has to be done as they said. So the service is just okay. Btw, If you ask the price for any program like flight Balloon or ATV…. And then you didn’t book it from the hotel(the price they offered was a little high , you could absolutely find a good price if you seek it from other tour companies in the street ). The receptionist would make a face😒.

Hôtel super cosy ambiance typique . Nous avons adoré. Le décor , les chambres, la propreté et l’emplacement , tout à côté , restaurant boutique visite . Au top . Le personnel super gentil et merci à IBRAHIM pour sa réactivité ( whatsapp ) et pour son aide pour toutes nos demandes . Il nous a réservé le vol en montgolfière à un super prix . Otele gittik odadaki duş başlığındaki arıza sebebiyle bir odayı daha bize ayırmışlardı, inanılmaz güler yüz ve tam puan hizmet vardı. Sonrasında odamız da değiştirildi ve çok daha güzel bir odaya alındık. Kesinlikle verilen ücreti sonuna kadar hak ediyor. Tüm ekibe ve otel sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca otelin işletmesine ait bir de restoran vardı ve yemekleri inanılmaz güzeldi. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Sessiz sakin ve kafa dinlemelik bir tatil oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

It was a tremendous stay. Emin and Ma'am Aysel made our stay extremely comfortable and joyful. Emin and his staff are very forthcoming and gentle. The breakfast was very overwhelming and nice ... The location is very nice and close to all places like market and tourist movers... Strongly recommended
