The room is quite big, with a beautiful balcony and bathtub. There is a large bed + a small bed inside, not two large beds as mentioned on the introduction page, but the hotel also arranged a small bed for another double room, so it is enough for sleeping. You can watch hot air balloons from the balcony and hotel terrace around 5:30 in the morning. Because I checked in early, the hotel gave me breakfast that day and tried to arrange early check-in, which is worth praising. But the booking experience was mechanical and inhumane, and I was not very happy.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The positive experience started even before we arrived with great and easy communication by what’s app to define transport and etc. They are super responsive and thoughtful. The hotel itself is very clean, peaceful and well maintained, both the room and main areas are really beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast and bar service were great as well. The view of the balloons in the terrace is really great and convenient as well. Location is also great to go to the city to the shops and restaurants. Finally the staff are all very helpful and facilitate everything we need. I asked for some wine and chocolate as a surprise for an anniversary and they provided really a great service (better than I expected) and made our stay even more special. Think is a great option considering price/quality and would gladly stay here again in a next stay!

Amazing Hotel!!! The room was in a cave, extra special. Perfect service, great location. Very good Breakfast. The pool is available even the day you check out. The aesthetics of the Secret Hill Cave Suites is very appealing, great views. 100% recommended.

super schönes Hotel, welches ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl mit dem Hotel gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns vorab schon super betreut und mit unseren Ausflügen geholfen. Vorort haben die Mitarbeiter sich auch die ganze Zeit super gekümmert und waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und wirklich schön. Vor allem das Bett fand ich super bequem und auch das Badezimmer war wirklich großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, reicht aber aus, um sich abzukühlen. Mein Highlight war Linda - eine der Hotelhunde :) Insgesamt fand ich es wunderschön - vielen Dank. ich komme wieder :)

Fantastic hotel and views. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can see the hot air balloons from the terrace which is great. The pool area was lovely and clean but for me was cold The staff were always plesent and friendly. The balloon ride is defiantly a must brilliant experience..
