The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Overall good. Close to Goreme Station, the room is very quiet, but not as big as shown in the pictures. The view from the breakfast viewing platform upstairs is good. Goreme food is expensive, and the breakfast is OK for this room rate. Opposite the hotel is a good fast food doner with great prices. At the end of the street is a bakery called 1974, the bread is also very good. There is a market on the side of the road, and the fruits are much fresher and tastier than those in Bim next door.

Really nice place. The location is perfect. Me and my friend we liked here a lot. It is just 2 minutes walk to everywhere. Staff were really good. Price are also very nice. We highly recommend here. Thank you for everything lucky cave:)

The location is great, very close to the station, and not noisy at night; the room is very clean, the bathroom is relatively large, and the room size is relatively good compared to Goreme, but it lacks a small table; the landlady is at the front desk, she is there all day long, and she is sincere and enthusiastic , let me check in early in the morning; many Chinese people may not be used to breakfast, but compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Turkey, considering the high consumption of Goreme, it is relatively good.

The room is really inside the stone cave, so its nice experience. They also have small turkish bath (hamman) in the bathroom. From hotel rooftop, you can enjoy baloon viewing in morning. They will also set up seating area in turkish style which we can take couple cute pictures. The guy in receptionist is very helpful and help us call taxi when we need to go farther. They will also give advice on places we can go and whether its walking distance or not. And if you need tour around Cappadocia, they also can help arrange with local tour. Overall, very good n kind service.
And, don't forget to try local Gozleme at the shop house just across the hotel. The lady can't speak English, but she always smile n warm.

The environment is very good, the room is very clean and warm. The location is very convenient, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The scenery on the rooftop is very good. The hotel fully corresponds to the description. The roof offers views of the balls and rock formations. At the same time, the hotel is a little away from the bustle of the center of Goreme. The room is spacious with a very comfortable jacuzzi. warm room. The hotel is full of tranquility, very suitable for resting. of course breakfast on the 3rd floor with a view of the Cappadocia sky filled with hot air balloons. The breakfast menu is varied, with satisfactory service. Also, how is the service regarding tour packages, hot air balloons to skiing very adequate at affordable prices. You only have to prepare more energy and time to walk to and from the bus stop. If you are traveling with family, no need to think twice.

GGuest User📍Location: Goreme Town, Cappadocia. It is located at a relatively high position. I chose it because I couldn't afford to stay in Mithra, and I wanted to find a Mithra alternative, which happened to be nearby. The height of the terrain will affect the view of Goreme Town/hot air balloons from the hotel. The higher the terrain, the better the view. The price of Hira is relatively cheap. It takes about 6 to 7 minutes to walk downhill to the commercial street of Goreme Town. If you want to go to the observation deck, you need to walk down half of it and then go up to another hill. It is close to the topdeck restaurant that is delicious!
💁Service: The boss is very nice and will help take the luggage to the hotel room. He also gave me a refrigerator magnet when I left. But the wifi in the room is really not good, and the signal is relatively weak.
🏠Environment: Cave hotel, it is said that the room is really transformed from a cave. If it is cold, you can turn on the air conditioner to heat it. The room is not particularly small, and the bathroom is a little small, but it is enough. There is also a small cave in our room with cushions, where you can take pictures and so on. There are two observation decks in the hotel. One is on the roof of the independent reception desk, which has a swing and a bed on the roof. The other is on the roof of the room and restaurant, which is an observation deck covered with carpets and cushions. You can overlook the town of Goreme and see hot air balloons during the day.

SSanjulaThe location is excellent! The manager Kemal and all front office staff were helpful. Kemal booked the hot air balloon ride for us and it was brilliant! The breakfast was excellent! It’s a halal hotel and even my long black leggings were not suitable for the public areas according to their dress code. This is a little inconvenient as I had to carry a skirt to wrap around. Didn’t enjoy this part and the daily cleaning was not good. Very lazy cleaning I felt. Otherwise nice hotel and friendly staff.

The room is beautiful and very well decorated.
The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice.
The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green,red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!

NNeol TooI had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

GGuest UserI stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company.
Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it.
The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!!
There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music).
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

GGuest UserWe spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests!

AAndreiThe hotel is very good. We had a deluxe room with a balcony. The staff is very friendly, responsive. Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 h. Very tasty and varied. Departure until 11.00 am. which is convenient. The room has everything, refrigerator, coffee, tea, kettle to boil water. 1.5 liter bottle of water. Excellent bed. I liked everything very much. Thanks for the hospitality. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
