Fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Lidwien en Frans. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Een heerlijke tuin met 2 mooie zwembaden en het eten was erg lekker, Frans kan heel lekker koken! Lidwien geeft ook veel tips om dingen te doen in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader! Heel erg bedankt voor alles, wij komen graag terug! Jesper en Lotta

Wir haben im Dezember zum 3. Mal eine Woche bei Lidwien und Frans verbracht, die wie immer unvergesslich war. Im Bloemenzee Gästehaus stimmt einfach alles: wunderbare und herzliche Gastgeber, sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung und traumhafter Garten mit 2 Pools. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Frühstück und das nur für Gäste angebotene Dinner. Frans ist für uns ein Koch mit Sterneniveau. Die vegetarischen Menüs- extra auf Wunsch zubereitet- gehören zu den Besten, die ich in 35 Jahren als Vegetarierin genießen durfte. Lieber Frans, "Chapeau" Unser 4. Very nice Guesthouse, large stand wit two pool and good location. The female Landlord was very nice and service mindes. The male landlord was not a highlight. He needs to attend a service and charm course. He is definetive the wrong person on his job.

Vanaf dag één hebben we hier ontzettend genoten! De warme gastvrijheid, de mooie en nette kamer, de prachtige tuin en het ongelooflijk lekkere eten maakten ons verblijf echt onvergetelijk. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, en we voelden ons hier helemaal thuis. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar rust, comfort en kwaliteit!

+ Sehr netter Empfang, die Inhaberin, Lidwien bemüht sich rundum und vermittelt das gute Gefühl, du bist hier willkommen. Sie, Niederländerin, spricht neben Englisch auch Deutsch. Sie zelebriert das Frühstück und gibt Tipps und Ratschläge für den Aufenthalt in Kapstadt-Umgebung. Das servierte Frühstück (jeden Tag gleich) ist gut und ausreichend, Frage ist, ob es nach zwei, drei Tagen nicht langweilig wird. Die Anlage mit zwei Pools ist groß genug für Entspannung unter der südafrikanische Sonne. Liegen ausreichend vorhanden. - Der Verbindungsweg vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer ist eines Boutique B&B (Eigenbezeichnung) nicht würdig. Das kleine und billig möblierte Zimmer auch nicht. Der Kiesbelag vor dem Zimmer schon gar nicht. Die Anlage wurde zwar als sicher bezeichnet, es hätte uns trotzdem mehr Sicherheitsgefühl geboten, wenn wir bei geöffnetem Fenster, jedoch mit Gitter davor, hätten schlafen können! Die Anlage ist grün, aber wir haben das Blumenmeer vermisst. Ein dreigängiges Dinner-Menü wurde um ZAR 600 p.P. ohne Getränke angeboten. Ein extrem hoher Preis in Südafrika. Zusammenfassend, Angebot und Preis passen nicht zusammen. Sorry, ich kann keine Empfehlung abgeben.

Superb as ever. We have been before and will go again. Convenient from the airport. Clean, comfortable, convenient and such good food. The pool is lovely and the garden is well secluded. Frans is a great cook and Lidwien a lovely host. We strongly recommend having the evening meal. Couldn't be better.

very nice property with 2 pools in a beautifull garden in Gordons Bay. Location is near the beach and many restaurants and shops.
