Unfortunately, I am not able to effectively write a review, as the day of me checking in I tested positive for Covid-19, and decided not to travel for work/check in. Sadly, despite trying to negotiate for a refund, the lodge refused. I can review on their customer service, and unfortunately they were not considerate of my situation and not friendly. Advice for future bookers: ensure you have free cancellation as part of your stay for this lodge

Spent an evening here for our wedding anniversary. The accommodation was everything you would expect from a 4 star establishment. Room beautifully decorated and comfortable. The talking point for us was the view form the veranda and braai area. We could see part of the view from our room as only some of the rooms have a full view, but this is understandable. Breakfast was fine, but you would expect a bigger variety. We felt welcome and could enjoy sundowners on the balcony and actually thought of having a braai at this beautiful place, but opted to go out for supper as the evenings are chilly during this time of the year. Overall, a place we would gladly recommend.

What a great stay myself and my son had over three days stay. The staff were exceptional and the lodge perfect for families. Their hospitality is great, we even had the entire entertainment area with fantastic views of the ocean all to ourselves! The host took wonderful care of us and was immensely accomodative with our daily request. A great stay!
