The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Such a. Great experience has at kofe the service is very. Nice and amezing by Mr Aman who managed the kofe very nice and well I really appreciate his efforts towards hospitality and guest food and coffee is so delicious which Mr Aman suggest to me 🤗🤗🤗

Overall is good and management is very nice Pramod from in room dining is very helpful for food always I give food order to the ird and got prompt service .
