The hotel was a nightmare. Too expensive for the location and quality. It is in an absolute dungeon of a street, no way for a car to reach it. Rooms are very shabby even though they have all the good stuff but there is no space and they look dirty and shady. Cleanliness is a big issue inside the room as well as on the way their. It feels like an old cheap lodge converted into a hotel with some equipment. Wasn’t worth more than 50% of the actual cost.

There are insects in the room and not cleaned rooms as well, i have seen 7-8 cockroaches in my one night of stay in this hotel

The room was ok but the bed, pillows and the sheets were pathetic. We actually could not sleep. Even after a request the sheets were changed but again it was very bad. It is a good property but very low maintenance

Not happy with this hotel policy as they are taking bookings for the room but providing the dormitory and refused to refund if you are going to cancel this booking.

Awful experience and one of the worst hotel that i have ever stayed. Entrance: open smelly gutter and the hotel is in alley way, cars don't easily go. Rooms: full of mosquitos. I had to ask for the correct mosquito repellent 3 times before i got the functioning one. Stinking bed sheets and pillow covers- i had to ask them to replace. A/c do not work. No windows in the room. Bathroom: no hot water on sink. Damaged worn structures. Dinning/breakfast: awful dirty
lift: very stinky
overall: very bad experience. The only good thing: the staff at the reception was nicely spoken and helpful. He helped us to sort out the rooms.
