A first class hotel right in the middle of Goodmayes. It is located about a minute's walk from the mainline station with links to Essex and London. There is a good bus service 3 minutes walk away. There is also a Tesco Extra about 5 minutes walk away. This hotel offered absolutely everything included in the cost of a night - 24/7 Wifi, Tea in rooms, hot heating, TV in rooms, toiletries provided and Netflix. We were told there was a Continental Breakfast provided and it was extensive - croissants, brioche, bread, juice, hot drinks, cereals, fruit and boiled eggs. The rooms were newly decorated to an extremely high standard and extremely modern. They do have single mattresses on the beds and not doubles but for all the above, this can be excused. All the staff also were happy and helpful - couldn't do enough.

I booked this hotel for someone to stay whilst visiting comic con for the weekend. I was blown away by how nice the room was for the price. We booked a quad room for myself, my husband and our two older children and we had plenty of space, room was extremely clean, and had everything we needed. Hotel check in was quick and easy, and the service was great. The bathroom was equipped with shower gels and shampoos, there were two large double beds and plenty of space around (the room was huge). A little disappointed with the breakfast, there only seemed to be bread, some milk and cereal and a microwave with a little fruit, but I can’t complain for the price. Close enough to excel (an easy 20 minute drive), and car parking close to the hotel for only £5 a day or free on weekends. There are also a couple of Lidl’s very close by to stock up on snacks. Very good place to stay, and we’ll be booking again for our next adventure to London.

Stayed there in the first week of June'22. It's just an average hotel with normal facility. The good point is the location is good, just less than 2 minute walkable distance to tube (metro) station. The buffet breakfast is same menu for all day.

I've stayed here on a number of occasions, the rooms are modern and extremely clean, staff are extremely friendly, service is excellent and it's nice and quiet. Great access to local restaurants and easy access to central London. One of the best hotels I've stayed in.
