住過很多美豪，你這裏服務態度實在是太差太欠缺了，從我昨天下午3點到店，前面有人在辦入住，我也不驕不躁在前台站着等了十分鐘，直到那邊人都走了前台人員都空出來了至此還沒有任何一個工作人員跟我對過話，我實在忍不了了，把身份證遞過去主動溝通，然後就告訴我房間沒打掃好，讓我等，我也沒説啥，就坐着等了，等3點30我去問要等多久工作人員説具體不知道，反正就要等，又到3點50我去問同樣的答覆，然後我開始聯繫攜程，最終4點30左右喊我去辦入住，並且辦入住時候還問我是不是改房型了？我拿出訂單給前台人員看了，明確寫着大床房，具體什麼意思我也不知道，才進去房間第一件事拿了拖鞋就看到這麼長一根毛髮，住酒店這麼久我都根本想不起來上次啥時候給過誰差評？房間有毛髮也好設備有問題也好，我一個男的懶得計較這種小事，能將就將就一下，但是從沒見過哪家店服務態度到這種程度，不聞不問，昨天坐在大廳等了半小時也沒人遞杯水，我自己跑去前台拿的，洛陽2家美豪都住過，鄭州起碼也住過2家，還有上海的，你這家真的是完全“與眾不同”了，今天下午1點40打電話説可以給我延遲到3點，我沒接受，離店也送我禮品，我也沒接受，沒這些動作就是全1分了，多少給留一丁點面子了

來鞏義玩，發現了這家酒店，看名字就應該是政府招待所，覺得應該比較靠譜，就選了這家。 先説優點： 1.位置特別好，靠近宋陵公園和鞏義博物館，距離兩個地方步行可達。 2.酒店雖然比較老，衞生還是在線的，床鋪很乾燥，房間內也沒有煙味。 3.房間裏温度比較舒服。 4.早餐還是不錯的，種類齊全，雖然不精，但是吃飽吃好沒有問題。 5.院子內有停車場，停車非常方便。 6.價格便宜，這個價格在我們那，快捷也住不上好的。 再説缺點： 1.衞生間設計反人類，最低處的下水口不在花灑下方，兩個下水口加起來，下水速度都不行，洗完澡滿地都是水。 2.熱水水壓小，洗澡不夠爽利。 3.自帶的中餐廳很一般，玩了一天很累，想在樓下餐廳吃飯，結果飯菜不可口，偏油膩便辣，同行的小夥伴第二天肚子不舒服。 4.隔音不好，晚上有喝醉酒的客人，折騰了半宿，嚴重影響睡眠。 總體來説還可以，過路住一夜還是沒有問題的。
