點了外賣，酒店用機器人送的，等了半天沒有送到，去到一樓看了才知道機器人已經來了幾趟了，但是顯示電話無人接聽，回到房間才發現電話線本來就是斷掉的，我們在房裡根本聽不到機器人的電話。

專門訂的帶早餐的酒店，告知早餐時間7：30—10：00。結果在早上9點前去餐廳，就什麼都沒有了，連筷子勺子都沒有一雙乾淨的。期間還打總枱電話，詢問是否還出品，總枱推責讓我問餐廳阿姨，餐廳阿姨連碗都洗不過來，至於菜還出不出品也不知道，告知是已請求上級支援，至於菜品還有沒有也是一無所知。
第一次見過如此差勁的酒店，連民宿都不如。
你要不給住客安排早餐到可直接下架帶早餐的房間。標註帶早餐，結果如圖所示，純屬欺詐！
