The hotel is in a good location, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the efficiency is high, the room supplies are complete and intimate, the beds are soft and comfortable, the sleep is sound, the room is spacious and bright, and people are happy. The bedding is comfortable to let people fall asleep in a second, it is great, the most important thing is that each room has windows, which is the first reason I chose this hotel.

The site is beautiful between the lake and the mountain.The hotel manager and receptionist were exceptional and helped us on several occasions well beyond our expectations. It is a hotel with a family spirit that I strongly recommend.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and overlooks the entire Qinghai Lake. The hotel facilities are very complete and the rooms are equipped with oxygen generators. Special thanks to our friend Chen Qiang who helped with the reservation. He was very enthusiastic and arranged everything in advance. He was very thoughtful and also arranged a location with a very good view for us. We had a great experience in Qinghai Lake

GGuest UserLive in a caravan suite, the facilities are not bad. The biggest highlight of the hotel is that it is in the Erlangjian Scenic Area. During the stay in the hotel, you can enter and exit the scenic spot unlimited times. If you are tired of enjoying, you can go back to the room to rest. There is a medical clinic in the scenic area. Our whole family suffers from altitude sickness, so we can inhale oxygen there and revive with full blood. The view is amazing. There are still deficiencies in management, such as the main station phone number is unclear, and there is no facial tissue in the room.

The boss and his waiter are very enthusiastic, the problem is dealt with in a timely manner, and there is no need to worry about eating. There is a restaurant below the hotel, you can have a good rest, and then the whole thing will be sent to a place. nice!

GGuest UserIt is a relatively large hotel by the Qinghai Lake. Booked an ordinary standard room. The front desk upgraded the lake view room and sent breakfast. The room is heated. You can see Qinghai Lake from the window in the morning. Great. The front desk service was great. Also introduced us to the play guide. Very powerful. A hotel that is especially recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel room is clean and tidy. You can directly see the sunrise over Qinghai Lake from the second floor of the front building. There is also a leisure area between the front building and the back building, which is great for drinking tea and chatting👍. Although the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry areas, it is very dry and the water will dry up in a while. Qinghai Lake is relatively cold at night, so the hotel has electric blankets, which is very considerate. In addition, our room was on the second floor, and the hotel staff helped lift and unload our suitcases. Thank you very much. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel where breakfast and dinner can be catered for.
