無論是設施、服務和環境都很贊，還得是松贊👍房間裏是彌散式供養，工作人員還免費升級了套房，還有下午茶，本來還擔心會高反，但很好的適應了

酒店位置就在湖邊，獨佔景色，管家都是當地人，很熱情。酒店的餐飲價格很接地氣，味道很好吃的。

松讚的環境驚艷，房間內設施幾乎無可挑剔，酒店的服務人員都很細緻。但是對於非松贊團的客人來説，在酒店參加所有的活動都要付費。管家對於非松贊團的客人來説，作用並不是很大。
雙人下午茶套餐（僅限在酒店內指定下午茶區域使用）:下午茶中規中矩。

一下車就有管家送上哈達和歡迎茶，還能代客泊車，房間硬裝質感很好，特別是浴室衞生間，全銅梳洗台和盆非常有特色，管家服務意識不夠，回覆也很不及時！客房服務效率低，換個枕頭幾小時都沒送達！
