In general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).
Disappointing. I’ve stayed at the Kimaya a few times before, and it’s not as good as it was. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly car park staff. The rooms are dated, the bed not particularly comfortable, the bathroom badly laid out, small, smelly, and veritably not spotlessly clean. I don’t blame the cleaners - how do you clean a bath when you have no access to it?
The reception staff are superficially friendly and efficient enough. Our biggest gripe was that the hotel refuses to take food delivery, which must be left outside by the gate. And they won’t tell you that it’s arrived. It’s a strange policy, especially considering the room service menu is not that great.
Breakfast is ok, again, not as good as it was.
As a regular visitor to Jogja, I hoped that the Kimaya would be my regular hotel for many years. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be back.
the hotel is good, the facilities and so on are very supportive with that budget. especially since the location is in the middle of the city

The hotel is strategically located, our family is happy to stay here because it is close to dr. Yap's eye hospital. There are many good and delicious restaurants around the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel is cool because there are many big trees. The staff are friendly. Anyway, if I go to Jogja, I will stay here again. Thank you Sagan Heritage Hotel.
A good hotel in a good location that’s got a weak spot, which is its food. We had a double room that was a great size with a very big bed furnished with comfortable linen. The a/c worked well and was relatively quiet. There was in room tea and coffee and bottled water.
We ate at the hotel twice, and declined breakfast after looking to see what was available. For breakfast, while we were around 40 minutes from the end of service the food looked meagre and unappetising. There was the opportunity to have omelettes etc, but we decided against it.
We ate in the rooftop restaurant, ordering spaghetti bolognese, chicken wings, spring rolls and a pizza. The food took a while to arrive and when it did it all came at once. All of the food was tepid at best and seemed as if it had been waiting to be collected and brought from the ground floor to the top floor. The bolognese was acceptable with the pasta being cooked al dente. The spring rolls had gone soggy and the wings, being just warm, were cooked ok but the sauce they were covered in was sickly sweet. The pizza was not cooked. The toppings appeared to be cooked but the base was raw. The dough was uncooked and inedible. We pointed this out and we were told it could be cooked further. We decided that probably wouldn’t improve it much. The staff offered a replacement, but again we decided that it would take too long and asked for it to be taken off the bill.
The second time we ate at the hotel we used the ground floor restaurant. Once again the food was disappointing. The oxtail soups contained beef that was not tender but tough, although the clear broth was tasty. The pasta of beef Alfredo, which was advertised as containing beef, mushrooms, etc was served with just a few pieces of what looked like smoked beef in a claggy sauce. Again, it appeared as if the meal had been sitting on the counter waiting for the waiters to deliver it to the table and had lost its heat. The fruit salad platter and banana fritters were very good.
Service at the hotel, from reception staff through to housekeeping was very good.
Overall, I’d stay again by I would avoid the restaurants.
hotel on 3 floor but no elevator, hot water is not maximum, friendly staff, easy hotel access, start-age location, attached to the market for breakfast, connecting again in the holidays, the price so rising incredible, next night happens in front of there is a sale of bakso

Amazing
GGuest UserI was looking for a place for 5 people and found this hotel. In fact, it was very comfortable because it felt like a single house could be used by Maru 々 rather than a hotel. The number of beds seemed to be up to 6 people and up to 8 people including the sofa.
The home appliances were all set, and the fashionable interior was decorated with color 々. The washing machine leaked for some reason, but it was in the shower room and the floor was wet even if it was wet.
The location was ok. It was a few kilometers to the tourist spots in Yogyakarta City, so it seems that it will not take long to move by taxi.
The uncle who seemed to be a owner was a nice person who could hardly speak English, but seemed kind for the time being.
OOutsweety CookingLove to stay here, strategic location, good breakfast, quite clean, quite complete security, drinking water has refills. In the past there were snacks in front of the stairs, now there is no longer.. Security is not very secure and not helpful. If there is a car of guests coming, especially those who bring a lot of things, at least they are offered to help.. Good afternoon sir.. Good afternoon buk.. Thank you ... further improve the friendliness.
Over all is okay. Cukup recommended nginep disini.
SSafiraClean, spacious rooms, really worth it, strategic location, because yesterday the graduation was at GSP so it's very close, safe even if there's traffic so don't be late. The service is very friendly.
At that price, the rooms are spacious, can be extra bad too (additional price), the location is also close to everywhere
