Florida hotel had room but the room is too hot and no air conditioner only little fan and out side sound is so disturbing I can't sleep. About the food they slowly, low quality food with expensive prices and Even the breakfast is not good they only have swimming pools the service they write and what we get at room is not much it is under our expectation Gonder is a nice city to tourist. I recommend to visitors to visit Gondar it is an ancient civilized town

Very serviceminded
Good choice.
Very good service, took us to the airport twice for collecting missing baggage. They served us breakfast at 6am when needed. Excellent Ethiopian coffee!
Due to the limited English skills of the restaurant staff, pointing to the menu item is the best option. The reception speaks English well.
Some equipment items in the bathroom need repair/replacement. Clean rooms, internet which worked well unless power cuts.
