La comida del hotel muy rica y variada, la habitación limpia y el aire acondicionado funciona bien, el servicio de la habitación excelente, las camas y baños bastante cómodos, pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención increíble de su personal, sin duda iríamos nuevamente.

La experiencia 10/10 todo brutal, lo que más impresiona es la calidad de la atención de todo su personal, muy atento y educado. Excelente la comida, muy buen sabor en todo lo que ofrecían. Todo muy higiénico y limpio, la limpieza sin duda es uno de sus aspectos más positivos.

Отдыхали в отеле в конце октября 2024 года. Отель отличный. Территория небольшая, но ухоженная. Всё номера большие: две спальни, большая гостиная, два санузла, два балкона номер 3403 имеет вид на территорию отеля, вдали прямой вид на море. Персонал приветливый, гостеприимный. По-русски не говорят, общение через Google-переводчик. На всё просьбы реагируют очень быстро. Меню небольшое, но разнообразное. Всегда всё свежее и вкусное. Пляж прекрасный. Если хочется больших волн, можно пройти налево к отелю Sunsol, а справа есть небольшая бухта без волн. Очень вкусные коктейли на пляже. Венесуэла прекрасна! Отель рекомендую

Отель очень приличный. Я бы сказала хорошая 4*. Отдыхали с мужем в сентябре 2024. Номера просторные и комфортные, оснащены всем необходимым. Правда, не было фена и переходника для розетки, но всё это без проблем получили на ресепшене. Жили в 1-м корпусе с видом на горы и зону отдыха. Все вечерние шоу можно было смотреть с балкона. Нас это ничуть не напрягало, но для тех, кому нужна тишина, лучше выбирать 5-й корпус. Питание сбалансированное- не изобилие, не изыск, но всего достаточно: супы, мясо, рыба, овощи, фрукты, фрэши, выпечка. И что самое важное- всё приготовлено качественно, по-домашнему, даже пробуя блюда местной кухни- проблем с пищеварением не было, за что огромное спасибо поварам! Большой выбор коктелей в баре! Маленький минус-отсутствие вина. О людях: такого персонала мы не встречали нигде! Сколько радушия, внимания, отзывчивости, заботы и доброжелательности. Спасибо всем огромное! Даже наличие языкового барьера не вызывало особого дискомфорта, кроме того, что не хватало слов, чтобы выразить благодарность за созданную атмосферу. Пляж находится в 5-ти минутах ходьбы медленным шагом. Лежаков достаточно, пляж чистый, море шикарное. На берегу есть рыбный ресторанчик в местном стиле. Повар Франческо мастер своего дела: рыба и морепродукты-пальчики оближешь. Но не стесняйтесь торговаться. Вдоль берега в пешей доступности расположены красивейшие лагуны, небольшая сопка с маяком, откуда открываются великолепные виды. Наша оценка 5.
