Sadece bedensel değil, aynı zamanda ruhsal ve zihinsel bir “Bahar Temizliği” olarak düşündüğümüz bir deneyim için 4 günlüğüne Türkbükü’ndeki The Lifeco Bodrum’daydık. İlk olarak 6 yıl önce Antalya’da konaklamalı olarak yaşadığımız bu süreci, evimiz Bodrum’da olduğu için, bu defa “Konaklamasız” olarak tercih ettik. Şansımıza bol güneşli sakin bir hava hakimdi ve tesisin ağaçlarla çevrili ambiyansının tadını çıkarabildik. Şeker, tansiyon ve vücut ölçümlerimiz yapıldıktan sonra programımızı ilk gün yeşil salata, 2. ve 3. günler sadece yeşil sıvı detoksu ve son gün de düşük kalorili olarak planladık. (Toplamda master detoks da dahil 7 ayrı program seçeneği var) Hiç zorlanmadan geçirdiğimiz süreçte Yoga, meditasyon, sauna, yürüyüş, buhar banyosu, foton, güneş ışığı ve oksijen terapisi ve daha birçok işlem ile desteklenen detoks programında isteyenler için Raw vegan yemek atölyeleri ve sağlıklı yaşam sohbetleri de mevcut. Günlerimizin dolu dolu ve hiç sıkılmadan geçti. Program sonrası nasıl beslenmemiz gerektiği de anlatıldı. Akşam yemeğine kalmak istemiyorsanız, sizin için son dakikada taze taze hazırlayıp, yanınıza veriyorlar. Akşam için Alkali suları da yanınıza alıp evinize dönebiliyorsunuz. İlk gün ve son gün vücut analizleri yapıldığı için, ruhsal ve zihinsel detoks kadar programın sonucundaki fiziksek değişimi somut olarak da görebilmek de memnuniyet vericiydi.

The pictures and video online do not do the place justice! It's better than it looks. My best friend and I wanted to have a serious detox experience and we were hesitant before booking, but took a chance and booked one week with the option for a second. Just a couple days after arriving, we could see that we'd love it and confirmed that we would stay the entire two weeks. We didn't regret it. The staff (of which there are plenty) are kind and well informed, the doctors and nurses are always on-site and available, the various included services are many, the yoga and meditation classes are top rate, and extra treatments are always possible (massages, foot reflexology, extra cold water plunges), although given Turkey's recent inflation the prices for all extra services were surprisingly high. We ended up doing a green master cleanse for most of the time and water fasting for a few of the days: we felt very well accompanied in the process, we participated in all the activities, including morning walks, yoga twice a day, meditation, etc. and we both felt that we got a lot out of the experience. The place is not at all luxurious or chic, that is not what you go for, and the town around it is a bit shabby and trash-strewn, but don't be alarmed, the facilities themselves (which you barely want to leave) are impeccably clean, functionally organized, the amenities are comfortable, the yoga classes are properly impressive, and the staff do everything to make your experience great. We'll return for sure.

Thanks to all LifeCo Bodrum team that I had a wonderful detox experience there. It was not only get rid of toxins from my body , but also calming my mind and feeling energetic in my soul. I woke up happy and excited in the mornings, and went to sleep at night saying I'm glad I came. ☺️ The entire expert team also shared valuable recent information on healthy life and made us sure how to continue our lives with confident steps after detox. Thank you for your efforts! I will always remember you while creating my new wellness habits in my life. All those friendly staff at the reception, room service, juice bar, restaurant and therapies, my beautiful wellness coaches and yogis 🤗, the angle nurses and my wonderful doctors!!! Each of you are both smiling friends and your expertise in your work is admirable. I feel grateful 🙏 and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you, and appreciate all you have done.

I always do a annual detox week and I have tried many centers in Turkey and in Italy, my favorite is Life Co. I have been coming now for over 10 Years . They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I come back feeling refreshed and skin glowing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are simple and clean .

This was way more than I expected , as I only went there only for some rest & relaxation & I ended up learning so much about health & nutrition & losing weight in the bargain. the amazing stay encompassed excellent included services by english speaking attentive, informed & professional staff, from wellness consultants, fitness coaches, yoga teacher, nurses, the on site Dr, the massage therapists,etc, all were excellent. i have also been following up the health, nutrition & fitness advice i received at home
