Ağustos ayında bir haftalık tatilimiz için geldiğimiz Babana Otel’de çok iyi ağırlandık. Başta Semih Bey ve Mert Bey olmak üzere tüm servis ekibi çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve profesyonel. Gaye Hanım aynı şekilde çözüm odaklı yaklaşımıyla, bizi rahat ettirmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Otelin plajı ve mutfağı/ menüsü de çok iyi. Göltürkbükü’nde konaklamak için kesinlikle önerebileceğimiz bir otel.

Home office çalıştığım için 1 ay Tek başıma Bodrum’a gelmeye karar verdim. Bu 1 aylık süreçte hizmetiyle, temizliği ile, dekoruyla, aşırı lezzetli yemek ve kokteylleriyle, en önemlisi de beni aile ortamımda hissettiren personeliyle gönlümü kaptırdığım hotel diyebilirim. Yanıma gelen kalan arkadaşlarım da inanılmaz memnun kaldılar. Herkes benden sonra buraya gelmeye başladı. Bu arada konaklamaya kahvaltı da dahil ve gerçekten her şey birbirinden lezzetliydi. Otel sahiplerinin güler yüzlülüğü ve samimiyeti yanı sıra işletmeci Fatih bey ve ekibi özellikle hizmette fark yaratıyorlar. Garsonlardan Semih, Mert, bar ekibinden İpek ve Tugay kaldığım süre boyunca bir dediğim iki etmediler diyebilirim. Eylül’de tekrar Lago’dayım diyebilirim :)

After staying in hotels that provide UHD services such as Hilton, Rixos, Voyage and Paloma, we wanted to make a change and experience this hotel. What a good decision we made. The hotel provides bed and breakfast service. The breakfast is sufficient and diverse. All of the staff are Turkish and they are skilled in their jobs. Restaurant Manager Mr. Bora is an extremely professional, dedicated, hard-working person and manages his team very well. We would also like to thank the restaurant employee Mr. Engin for his always smiling face and dedication. The service quality is at a high level. We do not want to take away the rights of any of our employees because each employee works with great devotion and with a smile. Under the management of Ms. ***e, everyone works harmoniously, happily and systematically. We congratulate each and every one of them. The rooms, toilets and the facility in general are clean, we had our lunch and dinner at the hotel, they were very delicious and of high quality. Those who already know the sea of ​​Türkbükü know that it is an indescribably magnificent sea. If you ask if we will come again, we will always come.

The beach bar impresses with a great feel-good atmosphere in boho style! Absolutely recommended in Gölköy! The hotel, where I spend at least 1 week every year, has changed its concept this year. It was renovated, but the old version was more sincere. I was one of those who came to relax, but it is necessary to prioritize having some fun with this sound of music. There are many things that are not in place yet, the rooms are like a hostel, but you make a sudden transition to luxury at dinner. While there is not even a closet to put clothes in the rooms, the restaurant serves with black gloves. There is a long way to go. Most importantly, the staff does not have this understanding, I think they stay in a hostel and need to receive training. While sipping your wine with fish on the pier, you shouldn't say "huh". I am having a confusion of meaning. Despite all this chaos, I can say that Mr. Semih got out of this situation and brought me closer to the comfort of the past years with his smiling face and sincerity. I thank him, take the hotel off my list of places to visit in the coming years and add it to my list of things to give time to.

We have been coming to Babana Hotel as a family for 4 years. In the past years, there was a half board system. Now it's a bed+breakfast concept. Knowing this, we wanted to come back again. Because this place has always won our hearts with its location, sea and food. The staff are excellent. Everyone loves their job. Rooms were cleaned every day. We ate our dinner at the restaurant "Lago", which they had just built. It has a menu mainly of Mediterranean cuisine. A menu prepared by MSA. Everything was delicious. It was so comfortable and clean as if we were in my own home, we were very, very pleased with everything. Babana Hotelde ilk defa konakladım iş seyahati olduğu için kısa bir konaklamaydı ama tatillerimde de tercih edeceğim favori otelim oldu. Harika bir sahili var ve yemekleri gerçekten çok güzel ama menüyü çeşitlendirmenin daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Resepsiyondaki Ayten hanım çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü odamda herhangi bir şey eksik olduğunda temin edilmesini çok hızlı sağladı.

Resepsiyondaki Ayten hanımdan temizlikçi ablaya kadar herkes çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Deniz de harikaydı. Odalar ferah ve rahattı. Garsonlar hemen gelip siparişi alıyordu. Yemek seçenekleri çokcaydı ve lezzetliydi. Plajı da çok güzeldi.

Berbat bir hizmet. Kaba çalışanlar. Otelin resepsiyonundaki iki kişi. Bir beyefendi ve bir hanımefendinin sanki biz müşteri değilizde otelde çalışanmışız gibi kaba ve azarlar davranışları iki günlük tatilimizi burnumuzdan getirdi.
