Pleasant place with a luxurious garden, pool, and beach. The hotel staff loves guests and tries to do the utmost for them. The rooms have everything you need, and the daily cleaning is very thorough. I highly recommend it.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel during my three-night stay. The room was filthy, covered in dust and hair, and had a horrible smell. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, which should have been their responsibility, nothing improved. We didn’t even get a refund. I strongly advise against staying here👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Everything was great. The rooms were very clean. The receptionist Beyza and her manager Izzet were very kind and friendly. There were many workers that can speak many languages.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I recommend to everyone this nice hotel

Malesef 3.sefer geldiğimiz faros otelde yüksek sezon olmamasına rağmen eski kaliteyi bulamadık.öncelikle delux odalarının alt katta ve bitişik balkonlu olduğunu odaya girince öğrendik.oysa rezervasyon sayfasında üst kat ve balkonlu gözüküyor.fazladan 1000 tl ödeyerek excutive odaya geçtik.oda geniş ve ferahtı ama balkon sinekliği yerinden çıkmıştı neyseki eşim sinekliği bir şekilde düzeltmeyi başardı.kahvaltı sıradan,gün içi servis yavaş.sahilde sadece 4 tane olan şezlonglar doluydu, iskelede ise saat henüz öğlen olmasn rağmen son kalan yere yerleştik.Hava esintili deniz güzeldi.tekrar tercih edeceğimizi zannetmiyorum.

Fiyatına göre oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.kahvaltı ***et iyi. Denize erişim şezlong vs oldukça rahat. Sadece odalarda banyoların bir elden geçirilmesi gerekiyor.

Service and comfort lacking
Not sure where to start. I really feel we got the worst location on probably, at check I did ask to be moved before we took the room but was denied. The room was too far from the wifi, which I let reception know but after they tried to fix it it was still not working. If you like firm beds your gonna love this place. The beds were firm as a rock. The sun would be super bright since there was no black out curtains. Limited English at the front desk which I guess I can understand so little help is available. Lastly we had two free drink tickets which were not given to us upon check in and asked the manager about. They said they would remove two drinks off the tab we had but upon checkout only one was removed. Also had an issue with an order at the restaurant the wrong item came out and I said I would pay for the up charge if they can change it to the one I wanted. Manager said no. In the end we changed flights and left a day early.

Garsonlar ve mutfak calisanlari cok iyi ancak otelde oda temizligi maalesef vasat...
Ayrica plaj yonetiminin yaklasimindan memnun kalmadik. Plaj ve restoran, otelden bagimsiz isletme olduklarindan, otel musterisi yerine disardan gelip harcama limitini dolduracak musterilerin plajda zaman gecirmelerini ticari olarak tercih ediyorlar. Bunun icin otel misafirinin sezlonga havlu koymasina yasak diyip, kendi dolaplarindan cikardiklari eski t-shirt, gozluk gibi esyalari ile onceden anlasmali musterilerine yer tutuyorlar.
Bu sikayetlerimizi resepsiyonda bizi ugurlayan sorumlulara ilettik. Umarim cozum bulabilirler.

Perfect spot to relax and do nothing on the beach
This hotel is amazing! When you check in it looks unassuming but just wait until you see their beach front area! Just simply gorgeous and breathtaking! The staff are super friendly and always greeted us with smiles! We felt very well taken care of and very welcoming!
