The room is very spacious and bright, and the bathroom sun room is uniquely designed. The most memorable service of the hotel is the service staff in the breakfast room. In order to let the children eat breakfast, they spontaneously learned to make Chinese steamed eggs on Tik Tok. 在酒店一開始的經歷有一些不愉快，好在酒店及時補救最後收穫了一個完美假期，感謝酒店以及攜程的服務❤️
酒店硬件和維護絕對沒得挑，酒店很新，完全不像開業10年，甚至像新酒店，在歐美肯定是頭部第一梯隊，非常推薦。基礎房也很大，比很多酒店的套房甚至別墅還要大，喜歡呆在房間的話強推這家。全屋被温暖的橡木包裹，浴室有地暖，床品很舒服。看得出來業主很捨得重金投入，並且有點急於變現，導致酒店房地產味有點重，比如擺在去早餐廳必經之路上的巨大的業主房地產銷售模型，以及體現在有點離譜的餐廳價格等酒店內消費上（比amanruya還貴）。但也可以理解畢竟這邊跟聖特羅佩一樣一年衹開夏天幾個月，自然成本就上去了。
服務專業標準且到位，稍微有點距離感，保證私密性，是文華東方的風格，很關心客人，有一對一管家，放眼歐美肯定服務頭牌。很多員工都能記住並準確叫出你的名字，並且會親切問候。但要跟亞洲的這個梯隊的酒店比肯定還是有差距，細膩度和給客人的驚喜感差了點，沒有太多附加值。酒店也沒有免費活動，一切都是鈔能力，導致會呆著太無聊。還是亞洲的度假酒店卷，甚至三亞都看起來順眼不少。
早餐不錯，麪包西點絕了非常贊，但是沒有單點菜單，不太符合這個價格酒店的定位。其他餐飲感覺選擇不多，且味道一般，價格高昂。沙灘很醜前面一大排水泥牆，説是為了防止浪把沙子沖走，但肯定還有其他方案可以解決，衹是酒店選了個最醜的，而且海面上還停了不好看的船。沙灘工作人員服務很熱情，生怕客人自己動一點手，很主動搶着過來服務。這點很好評。
酒店體驗下來最愛的是SPA，設施氛圍和服務都超一流，很久沒遇到過這麼呆得住的SPA了，很有禪意以及避世感，還有很多種不同的茶可以嘗試，都是跟well being相關的，喜歡wellness retreat的話值得來體驗。
缺點的話也很明顯，硬件不夠智能化比如電視不能手機投屏，以及沒有智能馬桶；整體風格不太適和年輕人或者情侶，並且莫名有種商務感，度假感當地文化感氛圍差了點。
總結來説，整體很完美很棒，不愧是世界級第一梯隊酒店，絕對值得體驗，很推薦。

Akşam yemeğimizi otelde yedik, sandviçim biraz soğuk gelmişti ama bizimle ilgilenen Miraç Hanım o kadar güleryüzlü ve nazikti ki durumu hemen fark edip yeni bir sandviç hazırlattı. Böyle ilgili ve çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım görmek çok güzeldi. Miraç Hanım’a tekrar teşekkür ederiz, sayesinde kendimizi çok iyi hissettik.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Located on a beautiful shore, the amenities are beautifully designed with designer stores and multiple world famous restaurants right on the property. The service was excellent all through out our stay, and our ambassador Burak made sure to attend to all out requests 24/7. The beach was perfect with Alo towels on the chairs and the water was crystal clear so that we could see the fish swimming on the bottom. Truly 10/10 experience
