Great experience in Mandarin Oriental Bodrum.The best hotel is Bodrum. I spent 9 days in the hotel with my family. The hotel is new and has a nice atmosphere. Mister Cuneyt is one of the best managers I met during my travels. He understood quick we need a quite location,he took care about this request very professional. The hotel has nice restaurants and we liked the main restaurant. They are organized and have great cuisine,the view is amazing. Everyone who works there makes an amazing job. They also have shisha that is a nice part of the evening. I wish to highlight the shop/little market in the hotel. They have everything you need daily or high-end cosmetics,sun cream or souvenir. Lots of toys for the children. Wonderful shop please check it out! You will be very happy. One thing I would name as possible improvement that you could notice guests that few shops and restaurants close mid October. Maybe next season they decide differently. Over all the best experience in Bodrum! Also one of the best Mandarin Orientals I visited in the past 9 years. This Mandarin Oriental had the best managers and team!

Otel calisanlari cok guler yuzluydu. Sezonu olmamasina ragmen cok guzel ilgilenildi ozellikle Mirac Hanim. Kendisine ve diger otel calisanlara tesekkur ederiz. Resepsoyonist Ali beyde check inimizde yardimci oldu. Ioki restoranida tavsiye ederim

Es ist ein paradiesischen Ort: Ein herrlicher Garten,künstlerisch gestaltet, geräumige Zimmer,hochwertig eingerichtet, herrliche Terrassen,oder kleine Gärten vor den Zimmern, In der Nachsaison eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir wurden freundlichst und aufmerksamst mit einem Drink begrüßt. Eine Assistentin,die uns rund um die Uhr für jeden Wunsch,jede Reservierung zur Seite stand.. Das Frühstück im Mandarin Oriental ist köstlich: Kalte und warme Speisen,mit Liebe zubereitet und serviert.. Strand , Swimmingpools und Liegezonen sind sehr sauber und einladend. Das Personal( an der Rezeption,an der Handtuchausgabe,beim Frühstück ,an den Bars,im Restaurant und das Putzteam) ist hervorragend. Wir verbringen hier eine glückliche,erholsame Zeit und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

We had fabulous stay at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum : - Room was spacious and really comfortable with charming private patio and garden, excellent for relaxation. - Beach is tranquil, divine cristal water and calming sea view with excellent service. - Breakfast is something else, one of the more delicious I have experienced in a hotel, with amazing variety of quality local products. - Service was at a top level thanks especially to Ali Aghayev, who made our stay smooth and really pleasant, taking care for our every need. Thank you Ali, you were great!

Mandarin Oriental otelinde herkesin ilgisi harika. Otele girdikten itibaren özel olduğunuzu hissettiriyorlar. Herkes çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle FMB direktörü Asım bey yaptığı jestlerle günümüzü güzelleştirdi. Kendisine ilgisi için özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz.

One of the most beautiful resorts in the world without a doubt, my family and I stayed in one of the resort's fantastic villas it was a wonderful experience, starting with the incredible breakfast to the grand spa service, not to mention the many restaurants and the huge variety of stores.

Very nice hotel with excellent customer service we were welcome by the GM and guest relationship manager and our stay was fabulous in breakfast we were assisted by Tugba and she was very friendly and we loved talking to her and visiting her. Overall a very very well run hotel and GM is very engaged in the hotel and we saw him almost everyday walking around and visiting the guests. Best hotel in customer service we will be back
