Maxx Royal Bodrum

We stayed for one week at Maxx Royal. From the beginning to the end the stay was perfect. The staff, especially Emre, was always very welcoming, friendly and generous. They made our stay an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything, we are coming back !!

We like the Spa a lot! Their place is huge with different spa facilities like Rain Forest, Salt room, kneippwalking, infra-red, Hamam , big indoor pool on top of the normal sauner and steam. But most importantly, their team is very good, especially supervisor Umutcan, he is very caring, welcoming and very organised. He showed his professionalism and definitely has elevated our whole experience. We look forward to coming back and seeing him again!

The hotel is amazing, with perfect rooms, good food and nice atmosphere. Upon arrival I was greeted by Maxx Assistant - Emrehan, who did his best to make my stay special. And with his effort I had one of the best holiday experiences ever.

We have been staying in bodrum many times , maxxroyal is really the best hotel, with breathtaking view, which makes you feel like heaven on Earth! The service is on top, would like to thank Nevin, Ana and Caglar, for their help and assistance ! They have been amazingly kind and fast , very professional! I have never written a review in my life, but this hotel deserves it. We have travelled the world and always stay in 5* properties including Rosewood, Bvlgari, Four Seasons, Eden Roc to name a few, but none of these high class resorts has offered this high standard of service as Maxx Royal Bodrum. Our stay was seamless. We arrived at the hotel, which in fact looked even better than on pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our Maxx Assistants, each room gets allocated two assistants, who help you with anything and everything and you contact them via hotel app. We were allocated Ümmühan & Samed and I have to say, I have never experienced such a general warmth, professionalism and I have never been made so comfortable at any hotel before. From the moment we met them they made us feel like home. Not only they have checked in with us several times a day, organised everything we needed (from restaurant, activities, travel, food requirements), but also remembered every single detail we have mentioned of our personal lives and always found the way to celebrate things with us but surprising us on several occasions. We felt so sad to leaving the place, but leaving them was the worst part of our holiday. The hotel itself is OUTSTANDING, from food selection and restaurants choices, to beach and sunbathing area, sensational spa, pools, gym and activities. Daily activities are sent out every day and you can sign up for any complimentary class, from yoga, Pilates, swimming and boxing to hity class or sound healing, the choice is endless. The design of the hotel is very modern, chic and minimalist, but every single detail is thought of. Every corner of the hotel is a photo opportunity. And although hotel is very big, it still feels very relaxed and definitely not overcrowded. And what’s interesting the place works for families with kids as well as people looking for night life. The hotel is next to Scorpios, it offers a great after party at Main and also it’s only 15 minutes away from all great restaurants and clubs. Staff, design, fantastic location, excellent service and attention to detail make this place and we will be certainly coming back.

I've stayed all other Maxx Royals. This one is the worst. I've stayed here last year as well. Wy it's the worst? The overall concept and the quality simply do not match with what you pay. They've to either change the concept or to increase the quality. The people working are great just like other Maxx Royals. Especially thank you Dilan, who was the cleaner of my room.
