The environment is quiet and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many kinds of food to choose from.
The hotel has a complete gym and tea room. The room facilities are quite high-end, and there is beautiful music in the bathroom. There is also a cute robot that can deliver takeaways to the room on time.

The room is very clean and the breakfast is very rich. It is the opening time and there are souvenirs. I was surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud. The room was very clean and the environment was really nice. AAnonymous UserThis is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

XX-MAN-LI went to the Yadan on the water and chose this hotel which is the closest to the scenic spot. It is quite unique. Many tourists passing by will also come in to check in. The hotel is surrounded by the Yadan next door. It feels very wild. There is a cliff on the side. You can climb up and overlook the whole hotel. The hotel is quite large. In fact, the six-pointed star where I live is only a part. There are two or three more areas not far away. When I went there on May Day, there were not many people staying. There were not many cars parked. There were only two or three tables of people for dinner in the restaurant. The dishes were expensive, but they were also reasonable. After all, there were Gobi deserts all around, and no villages or human traces could be seen for dozens of kilometers. It is a miracle that there is an accommodation hotel in this place. Don't despise the expensive restaurant. It is really a good place to enjoy the quietness. In the room, the bed is very large and comfortable. Fruits were given, which I like very much. The only flaw is taking a bath. There is no shower room, only a bathtub. You must sit in the bathtub to take a bath. You can't stand up and get wet in the rain, otherwise the water will be scattered everywhere.

GGuest UserAs a frequent traveler, I have stayed in more than 2000 hotels before, and I have never felt more genuine care than at the Tu An Hotel in Golmud: as I check in, the manager 韓月 (I believe she was the manager) noted that my lips were dry, and immediately told her staff to set up a moisturizer in my room. I chose this hotel because the airport bus departs from here; however, the information regarding the bus schedule was patchy. The hotel staff did not know what was the latest schedule, but all of them had been very helpful to try to help me with it - from the manager to the cleaning staff. All of this shows that this hotel cares for the guests.

The room facilities are complete and equipped with sufficient hot and cold water. The wireless WiFi connection is smooth and fast. The parking lot is spacious and there are sufficient parking spaces. The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the heating was sufficient. Wear a down jacket outside and wear a short sleeve in the room. The laundry can be dried the next day. I am low immunity. I have stayed in other hotels several times before, and I will have a red rash on my legs, but I don't have it in this hotel. The location is also very good, just opposite the train station
