第一次到格爾木，非常舒服的城市，由於帶了小孩和長者，提前諮詢了酒店再預訂。酒店管家在我們未到酒店前已經提前聯繫，詢問我們的需求，併為我們都升級了房間，晚上回到酒店，看到管家安排送到的下午茶和水果，也是大大的驚喜，酒店打掃非常乾淨，設備也是很新，職員都是相當有禮貌，有求必應，如果下次到格爾木，必定還會繼續住這裏。

入住的前一天酒店管家就在聯繫確認入住人數和需求，這種個性化的服務讓我倍感貼心。抵達酒店後，前台工作人員熱情高效，詳細介紹了酒店的設施和服務。特別要表揚的是，阿姨主動幫忙提行李，笑容滿面，酒店的早餐種類豐富，口味地道，尤其是本地特色小吃讓我回味無窮。入住期間，我還體驗了免費的健身房和桌球室，設施齊全，環境整潔，為旅途增添了不少樂趣。 酒店位於格爾木市中心，周邊高樓林立，購物中心和步行街近在咫尺。無論是購買崑崙玉還是品嚐當地美食，都非常方便。酒店還與格爾木市政府隔街相望，地理位置十分優越。 總的來説，黃河國際大酒店無論是服務、設施還是地理位置，都堪稱格爾木的標桿。無論是自駕遊還是商務出行，這裏都是絕佳的選擇。

看了點評才選了這家酒店，訂了沒有早餐的房間，主動提出送我們早餐，太有面了，還徵詢我們的意見給我們升級房型，升級的房型是落地窗可以觀看全市動人夜景，氧氣和空調都是提前給我們打開的，24小時供暖和供氧，晚上居然還會有免費的麪食，各種飲品提供，這樣的價格有着不一般的體驗，強烈推薦給大家，一定要來體驗，格爾木最好的酒店。

入住提前一天訂的接機，馬上就有人聯繫。訂的最便宜的那種房間，但是工作人員看我們一家人入住，提前升級了豪華套房!馬桶居然是自動消毒的，洗頭膏之類的質量很高。房間衞生非常乾淨，尤其要表揚打掃衞生的阿姨，真的是非常認真細緻，連我丟床上的衣服都疊好了。退房的時候前台詢問了入住體驗感並贈送了當地特產，非常非常滿意，必須全五星

自駕游來到大西北，看到評分挺好的酒店，入住前有酒店管家特意打電話拜訪詢問幾人入住，前台辦理業務強，介紹各種酒店設施設備，阿姨很熱情，一進門就幫忙提行李，入住期間有免費健身房和桌球體驗，早餐豐盛，走的急沒來得及拍，很符合我的口味，房間內有彌散式氧氣，格爾木的首選酒店👍👍👍👍
