暖氣很足，對於四川人來説，熱得有點心裏發慌，開窗透氣，又有個問題，外頭到處都是煤煙味，嗓子不舒服，前年夏天來格爾木沒有這味道，不知道是不是供暖用的煤燒的，其他都很好，床品乾淨，衞生也乾淨，對狗狗也友好
如果配個加濕器就更好了，太乾燥，碰到啥都被電到了

房間設施老化，衞生間有異味，床頭插座鬆動不能充電，前台早八點退房時居然沒有人值班，開具發票時居然説税務局不給開票額度，真是無語了！

真的就沒住過這麼差的酒店了 先從辦入住開始我還沒入住呢就要加微信要好評 不加還不行 後來再到進了房間 門鎖壞了 我們還需要下樓在找前台讓工程來看 等了好久都沒等到 已經很晚了 我們又下樓去了前台 前台一邊打遊戲一邊極其敷衍的讓我們等 後來在前台催了好久前台那女的無動於衷跟她講話也不搭理一直在打遊戲！作為一個前台的服務人員我真的很懷疑該酒店的業務培訓能力，最起碼的尊重要給到客人吧 晚上睡覺的時候房間也不隔音 早上起來退房 前台沒有人 在裏面躺着睡覺 懶洋洋的來了一句放前台就行了 我真服了 領導和值班經理多培訓培訓員工吧 這女孩戴了口罩和眼鏡還有劉海具體名字不知道叫什麼
