Hotels with Breakfast in Golmud

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

This is the best hotel I stayed in when I came to Qinghai. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and gave me Hilton welcome cookies. She patiently told me about the hotel network. I originally booked a room without breakfast, but later I was given a free breakfast. The room was also very clean, with central air conditioning and humidifier. The breakfast was also rich, the dishes tasted very good, and the service was also very good. She took the initiative to ask about breakfast coffee and black tea.

The facilities are complete and the environment is good. The front desk lady is enthusiastic. I forgot to take my belongings when I left, and she called me to send them back. There is also a set of tea sets in the room, and tea leaves are provided. The hygiene is good. I will choose this hotel next time

When they learned that we were on a honeymoon trip, they took the initiative to upgrade our room when we checked in. From the decoration style of the hotel to the attitude of all the service staff, to the hardware facilities of the hotel, there is nothing to say. The location of the hotel is very suitable. It is around the business district. It is very convenient to go anywhere, and it is not noisy. The sound insulation is also very good, and there is free parking. The front desk checked in quickly, and the introduction was very detailed. There were souvenirs for check-out. It is really a very warm hotel. The feeling is very good. I will come back to stay next time. It is really NINE!!!

We were 3 people on a business trip and didn't expect to have a 4-person room. There was a large bed and two single beds. The room was large, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the transportation was convenient, and the room was clean. I will stay here again next time.
