food? horrible. After travelling for 20 hours we get to the hotel only for them to keep us outside for another 2 hours. After 2 days, the cleaning ladies didn't even come anymore, we had to buy our own toilet paper after asking for it twice. The DJs were nice, that's the ONLY good part. After paying for All Inclusive we had to pay for the sunbeds (5 euro) and the guy that came to get our money was living in his own universe. He didn't understand or speak English, he would communicate in signs. Overall, not a good experience.

To start with, the hotel deserves 2 stars maximum!!! Here’s why: 1. The rooms are moldy 2. The furniture is completely broken 3. The bathroom is flooded through numerous leakages 4. The bedding is in horrible condition (yellow spots all over) 5. The electric outlets are broken 6. Wi-Fi is extremely poor 7. You don’t get any towels unless you ask for them (don’t expect any towels to use on the beach) 8. No bottled water in the rooms like in other regular hotels despite the fact tap water here isn’t drinkable. 9. The restaurant is a disaster: chipped old plates, cold bland food, inconceivably poor quality, no decent coffee, something strange which kinda resembles juice, PLASTIC cups which you have TO ASK FOR to drink water from the nearby cooler!!!! The guy who worked in the so-called snack bar told us we were to eat chopped vegetables with our hands!!!! 10. The personnel don’t seem to care about remarks and requests AT ALL!!! The staff can hardly speak English, so the whole communication per se is broken. 11. All the chaise lounges that are supposed to be used by the hotel residents are occupied by people from outside. There’s some kinda “business”, I mean, the personnel simply sell the chaise lounges to people from outside leaving hotel residents nowhere to lie down. 12. The beach is dirty. We witnessed a situation where a man’s donkey pooped on the beach and he never bothered to clean after it. A few minutes later the poop was washed away into the sea!!!! Cigarette butts are everywhere!!! 13. DON’T EXPECT ANY AESTHETICS. There’s a lot of rubbish everywhere. THE HOTEL IS DEFINITELY OVERPRICED.

The hotel that made me disgusted with Albania I am explaining to you why monotonous breakfasts every day sausage scrambled eggs cheese cold cuts day in and day out for 11 days lunches dinner also monotonous no entertainment no attractions no animation for tourists at all people from outside the hotel are allowed to enter the pool we witnessed with my husband how a married couple paid a hotel lifeguard and he arranged for them a deckchair which, as you know, does not have many rooms in the main part Where is the reception they could be, but we were in the older part before, it was a failure for us someone who has heart problems and had to go to the second or the third floor was a discomfort so we asked to be moved because there was no elevator the range was poor you have to go down near the fountain to find it I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone It is better to add a little money and be really satisfied than to stay in such a low-budget hotel

Complete fraud by all the staff, accommodation in private apartments, the reservation was made for the hotel, the conditions are miserable, we asked to contact the manager, it was impossible, the price was too high, with that money we were able to go to Spain .

Witam. Dostaliśmy opaski all i mogliśmy skorzystać ze śniadania i basenu. Basen i teren wokół niego w całości wyglada pięknie. Teraz opisze jedzonko hotelowe i bar all inclusive. Kurczak ryby i wołowina, frytki, ryż, zapiekany kalafior, makarony z serem i inne. Ogólnie o hotelu to naprawdę czysto. Panie sprzątaczki sprzątają hotel 5 razy dziennie. Pokój codziennie czysty i wymienione ręczniki. Pozdrawiam tych którzy to przeczytali

I am writing this at the begining of my stay. Just to warn any other that hope it would be reasonable choice. All inclusive meand you get 3 meals but the quality of the food is so poor that I am going to eat in the city - the first breakfast was a terrible experience - out of some poor options the cornflakes with milk was the one acceptable … The week stay here was not that cheap at all - it was not the budget choice. The money I paid was enough for ultra All-inclusive in Turkey - but I have chosen Albania as I had never beed here before. It is so dissapointing. Coffe from the coffee machine was not dinkable. 3 photos of food is presenting the whole breakfast buffet!
