The hotel consists of three hotels within the resort. They seem modern and generally well-maintained. We stayed in the newest hotel and could use all the facilities in the resort. Even though it's advertised as five-star hotel, this one doesn't have an indoor pool so we had to walk for 5-minutes to get to the other hotel's indoor pool which was the only one functional. So, three big hotels had only one indoor pool available. Our hotel had an outdoor pool and water slides which was very good, even though there was no music or activity throughout the day. The other issue here was that even though we had an all-inclusive package, in every bar we had to pay for drinks. A bar near our hotel's pool which seemed to be for all-inclusive guests, wasn't working. Again, in all resort, there was only one bar that served drinks for all-inclusive guests and it was in the main bulding. So we had to walk 5-mins from our hotel to get drinks. As for the drinks, they are the worst drinks to exist. They were served from 2-litre plastic bottles of the lowest quality and you can imagine how fresh they are in the bottles that stay opened all the time. The staff tried to be helpful, but they are very young and many of them can't help you. A boy in the bar asked me how do you make a gin tonic drink. The food is ok but repetitive and the choices are limited (this is in our hotel, as we didn't had the chance to try the restaurant in the main hotel but a staff there told us that they should be mostly the same.) The parking is messy and on a dusty and rocky surface. The Wi-fi is pretty good in all the resort. All in all, if you decide to book this hotel, stay away from the all-inclusive package because you will nevertheless have to pay for a decent drink or maybe get a drink at all.
