amazing staff ! Super affordable and clean .

The desk worker Rita was very unprofessional and didn’t have knowledge about her duties. She told me that this hotel didn’t have written policies. They do not have complementary breakfast. They ask who is in the room and they give a brown paper bag with apple juice and a muffin and that’s it. I needed bags for my kids and Rita fussed and stated that my kids won’t listed on the Guess list and that the bags was coming out of her paycheck and then she physically threw bags at me. She stated that no outside guess was allowed and she didn’t care if it was my children. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she stated that she was on vacation and that she refused to call that the manager will be in tomorrow so I can tell her what I needed face to face.I told her that this was the worst stay I ever experienced, they do not a true complementary breakfast. I stayed for a few days and they never cleaned the room just provided clean towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t give any soap, didn’t replace the toilet tissue, didn’t provide clean sheets, the floor never got swept. Like honestly the list can go on… I asked why the room didn’t get cleaned and was told the room service lady was gone for today (which was a lie because I spoke with the room service ladies and was advised to speak with front desk). This place is truly bad news and I will never book here again nor will I recommend anyone else not even my worst enemy to book a stay here. A lot of miscommunication and lying just because the front desk worker (Rita) do not want to do her job and hold herself accountable when she’s wrong about something.
