The newly built Homewood Suites in Goldsboro was great. We were checked in my Haley. She was personable and friendly. The property itself is brand new. It still has the new building smell. All the amenities, decor, and furniture are in top condition. This Homewood Suites is located right next to the Farmer's Market, and very close to the "downtown area." I give this property 5 Stars.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. When we first walked in we were greeted by Joshua Williams. Mr. Williams made everything so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Mr. Williams went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. He was on top of every call we made and anything we asked for he was one top of it! This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect. I thank Mr. Williams for making this possible. I will be staying again.

Hotel was nice, however it is poorly managed. We had an issue where there was a chip on the stove in our room, as soon as we noticed it we reported it to someone at the desk who said they would make a note. Evidently they didn't make that note because we got charged $650. We have now called the hotel 5 times, each time the front desk says they will let the property manager, Ashley Green know and that we would get a call back or get the $650 credited back to us since it was a previous issue. We even noticed that on the part that chipped off it appeared someone had tried to glue it at some point. We only stay at Hiltons and have never had an issue. We are really disappointed about this experience.
