Beautiful lakefront cottage within minutes of sand dunes and Lake Michigan

Come together with friends and family to create lasting memories at our cottage on Upper Silver Lake. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the deck overlooking the lake, and fun adventures on the water during the day. We are conveniently close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan for added fun! Our newly renovated cottage is situated on beautiful Upper Silver Lake on a large half acre lot. The main floor has a full kitchen, living room, dining area within the kitchen, and two bedrooms. One queen bedroom, and a twin bunk bed room as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Walk out the sliders to a covered wrap around deck with comfortable patio furniture as well as an outdoor dining table to seat 6. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails . The downstairs basement walks out to a patio with a patio set to lounge in the shade. The lower level features 3 bedrooms; one king room, one queen room, and one twin bunk bed room. There is also another full bathroom with shower. The lower level also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Propane grill available for use. Then make your way down to the water which features a large composite deck with numerous Adirondack chairs, and huge sandy beach area. You will have access to the shed at the deck to store your water toys, life jackets or any other lake equipment you might have during your stay. Within the shed is a mini fridge to keep your drinks chilled during those warm sunny Michigan days. After a fun filled day; relax at night by the fire pit. You will also have access to your own private dock in the water and use of a manual boat lift if you choose to bring a small to midsized speed boat or fishing boat. If you choose not to use the lift, you are welcome to tie your boat to the dock. There is also a floating raft to enjoy in the water. With plenty of choices from relaxation to numerous activities in the area, you will surely enjoy your week at our cottage! Visit beautiful Lake Michigan and see the stunning Little Sable Point Lighthouse. Or take your 4x4 through the vast Silver Lake Sand Dunes or find a rental through one of the many companies in the area. With just a short drive, you will find yourself at a relaxed golf course where you can enjoy 18 holes and a pizza and drink after on their deck.
