Никогда не выбирайте эту гостиницу, если не хотите испортить себе отдых. Фотографии не соответствуют действительности. При оплате улучшенной номера,мы получили номер без душа (а точнее душ просто висит над туалетом, поддон под ноги отсутствует, после душа ты заходишь в ванную где стоит вода) и с разломаной кроватью! Заехав 4.08.2024 в этот номер, сразу же обратились в администрацию. Так как в первую очередь, расположение душа-небезопасно для здоровья, особенно когда с маленьким ребёнком,который каждый раз подскальзывается на мокром полу. Кровать- часть матраса просто отсутствует, спать невозможно. Администрация в первый день сказала приходить завтра и они сменят номер. На следующий день, тоже самое : "Приходите завтра, сменим номер". А то что тебе не на чём спать- это никого не волнует. Гостиница- просто УЖАС. Обслуживание ещё хуже.

I really enjoyed my holiday here, because I had so many facilities, the beach was close, the food was good, the staff from the restaurant and the bar was polite, the view from the terace was so nice, and also the animators (Mia, Mimi, Gabi, Bobi and Ilco) made the difference due to the fact that they organised activities and shows every day, and more than that, they were so bubbly, friendly and gave off good energy. I recommend this hotel for fun and relax.

Грязь, бардак негостеприимство! За 14 дней отдыха 1 смена белья, грязная посуда и столы в ресторане. Отель состоит из ступенек, скользко, мокро грязно. До сих пор используются пластиковые стаканы для горячих напитков( которые потом валяются по территории) Убирать здесь никто ничего не спешит. Гнилые сливы в ресторане показала администратору- реакция в ответ полное безразличие. Очереди в ресторане, однообразная еда. Приехали в отель в 21-30 и 40 минут ожидали пока хоть кто- нибудь появится на ресепшене! Из плюсов отдыха на Золотых Песках- только море. Но учтите, что не беря платные услуги на пляже Вы с трудом сможете нормально разместиться на пляже. Н

I really like the hotel i like the food the rooms and the personal specially the animators Ilko,Bobi,Gabi,Mimi,Viki They really made my vacation do much better that’s not gonna be the same without them I really recommend the hotel it’s so good and the place too

Mimi and all her animation team make quite an atmosphere here, they re so friendly and fun, amazing people!!!!!!!!!!!!I truly recommend this place.!!!!!!¡!!!!They are the best!!!!!! Clean rooms, tasteful food. 10/10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a plus, close to the beach. The ambiance was special, my favourite part being the animators: Mimi, Mia, Ilco, Bobi and Gabi. They made our holiday 10× better.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely, we loved every second, especially the animators: Mia, Mimi, Bobi, Ilco and Gabi, they made our holiday perfect, they have so much energy, the kids love them and for sure they know how to include everyone and how to keep them entertained, we hope to see them again next year, we are for sure coming back!!!
