Hotel Excelsior is pretty nice!! The location is suitable, and plus, there are many cheap stores in the region. The staff kept the hotel extremely clean at all times, and they were always helpful when we needed something. The food was lovely and diverse, and the animation team consisting of Raya, Gogo, Ema and Marti was honestly great! Their fun games made our trip all the more entertaining and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families especially.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The location was really nice And peaceful, plus the food was Always delicious and Diverse. The rooms were cleaned frequently. The animation team - Raya, Gogo, Marti and Ema - was awesome. They planned games And activities for kids And adults which were Always lots of fun.

Animation has a great hospitality!! Engaging and entertaining. And the bar is very good and kind. The animation team has a nice tone. But the food and buffet is not very well

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was really kind. The animation team was really energetic and had a lot of activities. They were really great and talked with us about different topics.They were Ema, Raya, Marti and Gogo. They played bulgarian music specially for us.

I realy liked the hotel. It is perfect for Family vacantions. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The food was absollutely amazing and very delicious! The pool was very clean and Perfect for my child. The hotel had na amazing animation team. The kod was happy with them, me also! Very funny and polite people.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the way it looks. The beach is a bit far, but there are minibuses every hour. The alternative is the pool, large and clean, with an exceptional animation team. Lots of activities, prizes, fun. We liked it.

It was good overall, apart from the fact that elevators at some point were not working which was making it hard and 2 days in a row cleaning stuff forgot to put shower gel. Animation stuff was brilliant.

Very nice experience and very good staff.The food is very good and the pool is clear.The drinks are also great.It was a great vacation.
