Sehr sauberes Hotel, Personal ist total freundlich, das Essen war super und es gab eine große Auswahl,so dass für jeden was dabei ist. Die animatore sind super gewesen und das Abendprogramm war spitze. Man musste sich um nichts kümmern. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr diskret und den glänzen Tag verfügbar. Und auch die waren super freundlich.

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified.They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach.The animators are very nice and friendly.I played different games like table tennis,archery,boccia,darts. Also I danced every day on the zumba class with Niki who is the best instructor,mc and animator. The room was clean, the drinks from the bar were ok and the atmosphere was very nice. I recommand the hotel and for sure I will be back.

Отдыхаем сейчас в этом отеле, все очень нравится. Есть бесплатная парковка для машин. Номер чистый, убирают каждый день, кровати комфортные. В ресторане персонал и повара отлично работают, все приветливые, еда вкусная. У отеля есть частный пляж с бесплатным баром, он далеко от отеля, но ходит по графику большой автобус с кондиционером.Так что это не проблема. Мы даже пару раз прогуливались на пляж пешком, идти 30 мин.

We just spent a week family vacation here and recommend them 100%. Plus: - clean rooms - pleasant atmosphere - good food - all inclusive quality drinks which is ok considering it`s an all inclusive hotel (local brand spirits + vines, draft beer is really good) - friendly personnel - good quality beach and beach bar. It has sweet water showers which is a big plus. Minuses: - parking is small - in the evenings the animation ends a bit late, after 23 hrs, and is rather loud. All in all it`s a really good choice and we`ll surely be back.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca 10 min von der Barstraße und öffentlichen Strand entfernt. Ein Supermarkt wird in 5 min erreicht. Achtung: Weg über viele Treppenstufen. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und groß. Das Bad ist groß genug. Es dürfte etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit im Bas geben. Das Wlan funktioniert ganz gut. Steckdosen gibt es auch am Bett. Es gibt zwei Nachttische. Das Bett ist angenehm weich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen TV mit deutschen Sendern. Es gibt einen Tisch mit Stuhl. Einen Schrank gibt es inkl. Safe (5 Leva pro Tag) sowie einen TV Tisch. Shampoo, Duschgel & Seife gibt es. Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer wird es trotz Vorhang etwas hell, da dieser zu kurz ist. Es gibt einen Mülleimer im Zimmer und im Bad. Es gibt einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ab ca 10 Uhr -23 Uhrhört man die Musik vom Pool. Ansonsten ist es relativ schalldicht. Zum Strand fährt ein Shuttle mehrmals täglich. Dort gibt es gratis Liegen, Wlan, Essen, Trinken. Allgemein kann man eigentlich den ganzen Tag essen und trinken. Die All In Leistungen sind sehr gut. Es gibt jeweils eine große Auswahl.

This hotel is not what it looks like. It has been false advertised on pictures and food wise. The hotel is small. Small pool. AWFUL FOOD! JUST AVOID THIS PLACE. You’re better off booking somewhere else. Stayed for 5 nights and ate out on all 5 nights even though it’s an all inclusive. Definitely not worth the money. You can get better for your money.. considering this is one of the most expensive hotels in golden sands.

Старый отель со старыми номерами, где ужасно пахнет. В номере старый кондиционер, от которого пахнет канализацией. В ресторане все напитки разбавленные, вся посуда грязная и немытая. Отравиться как нечего делать. Персонал хамоватый, предпочтение отдают немцам всегда. В бассейне полно непонятной слизи.

Very salty food, few choiches of food, bad drinks, small yard with no green areas, small pool, small restaurant, very far apart from the sea, nice clean room, no WiFi in the room. To much money for what you get. Worst HVD from BG.

Отдыхали с дочкой в этом отеле уже не в первый раз.Точнее третий..Скажу честно в предыдущие годы отель нравился больше. Номер фонд поизносился. Ремонт тоже. Но в целом для бюджетного отдыха вполне походит. У отеля есть часть собственного пляжа с баром, туалетом,душем. Это не маловажно в Болгарии. До пляжа курсирует отельный шатл по расписанию. Питание не плохое. Хороший кофе. Алкогольные и безалкогольные напитки нормального качества.Мини бар в номере. Интернет.Хорошее расположение.Русскоговорящих туристов в отеле почти нет.
