Хочу поделиться своим опытом в этом году. Каждый год мои родители и мы с мужем и детьми ездили в этот отель, но после отдыха в этом году это было последний раз. В прошлые года ( когда кстати туры были дешевле) нам давали хорошие номера для нас с детьми с балконом на лес и с нормальными кроватями. В этом году, нам дали очень маленький номер с раскладушкой для ребенка с балконом с выходом в столовую , откуда шел постоянно запах еды. Мы обратились на рецепцию с просьбой сменить номер, однако нас проигнорировали как и просьбу предоставить хотя бы полотенца. На все наши вопросы не отвечали специально, это было видно . Выбившись из сил после дороги мы решили, что не будем больше ничего просить и портить себе отдых игнорированием рецепциониста. В номере было грязно, хочу отметить что такого не было никогда( за все 8 лет сколько мы туда ездили) настолько ужасно было впервые. Плюс всегда ранее были полотенца при въезде. Вообщем благодарю вас за предыдущие года отдыха и за совершенно ужасный отдых в этом году. Больше мы не приедем это точно.

The room it was horrible, nobody is cleaning the hotel, also the food it was very bad, the same food 2 days in a row in different dishes. Nobody changes the towels or clean the room. Everything is miserable. The halls, the dining room and the rooms are always dirty and everything smelss bad.

I stayed 8 days at Preslav Hotel between 15 and 22 July. It is quite close to the beach, it has a clean pool that closes at 5 p.m., the staff is kind and willing to answer your questions. The food is good and various, though there is too much oil fried salami and sausages, yet many salads and fruits, home-made cookies and natural juice. What I didn't like was that they never changed towels or sheets in those 8 days! And also the fact that because the hotel has only 3 levels, it doesn't have an elevator. Persons with locomotor disability should definitely avoid this hotel. For its price it's very good.
