10ième année au Metropol et toujours un excellent séjour. Chaque année des changements, améliorations . J'ai apprécié particulièrement le changement de mobilier à la piscine bio et sur la terrasse du rez de chaussée. Le restaurant Fusion cette année était encore plus top. Le bar à salade pour le déjeuner est agréable. Quelques points à améliorer : mettre des fruits entiers ou coupés au buffet au déjeuner et au diner. Avoir au moins 2 personnes qui puissent comprendre et s'exprimer en Français.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut! Toller Service und das Essen ist jedes Mal ein Highlight! :) Das 9-Gänge Menü und das Essen in der SkyBar muss man mitgemacht haben! Kein Kindergeschrei und ein Hotel eigener Strandabschnitt! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Mitarbeiterin namens Mirela die uns alles erklärt hat und für meinen Freund zum Geburtstag eine tolle Überraschung organisiert hat!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Erwachsenenhotel in vollen Zügen genossen. Alles war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Team bei Fragen, Wünschen oder auch Beschwerden immer ein offenes Ohr hat und sofort nach einer Lösung sucht. Besser geht es nicht! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und bietet die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und ideal für Erwachsene, die Wert auf Erholung und ein stilvolles Ambiente legen. Ein kleiner Hinweis an zukünftige Gäste: Bitte denkt daran, dass man ein Hotel bucht – aber nicht kauft. Ein respektvoller, menschlicher Umgang miteinander und mit dem Personal trägt entscheidend dazu bei, dass alle eine wunderbare Zeit genießen können. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice service, view, food, everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms are cozy with a great view, and the relaxation is on another level. I strongly recommend it!

Very good service in all the parts of the hotel. Nice and clean. Good food. 👌 for menus in the restaurants. 👌 for private 🏖️ The pillows was a bit hard for our necks. The elevators a bit too small. All in all a feeling of luxury holiday 🥰 Thank you all for your good service.

Een mooi en aangenaam hotel. geen verouderde accomodatie. de kamers zijn heel netjes, evenals de badkamer. twee liften ter beschikking, dat gaat ook vlot voor alle gasten; verdeeld over 11 verdiepingen. het merendeel van de gasten zijn Duitsers en Roemenen. De duitsers voelen zich daar thuis. ik had er geen probleem mee. Wanneer er veel duitsers in een hotel zitten, geeft dit aan dat het een goed hotel is. De bediening is heel goed en heel efficiënt georganiseerd via de smartphone van het personeel. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en zijn blij als je Engels spreekt. Dat spreken ze heel goed. Het restaurant heeft een ander concept dan gebruikelijk. bij iedere maaltijd krijg je een menu (opgesteld in Engels, Duits en Frans) en mag je kiezen. Zelfs 's ochtends kan je, behalve het buffet, ook kiezen uit verschillende eierbereidingen. De lunch en diner zijn ook à la carte. telkens andere menu. in bijlage enkele foto's van de menu's. De gerechten worden daarna uiterst verzorgd naar je tafel gebracht. Een heel aangename ervaring. Er zijn verschillende bars, waaronder ook een bar boven op het dak. die is open vanaf 20u. Het hotel heeft een privé-strand voor enkel klanten van Metropol. Hoewel ik moest vaststellen dat er ook mensen met een ander armbandje lagen. Dat werd toegelaten. Ze konden zelfs dranken bestellen aan de bar. Samengevat, het hotel is een meevaller. Dank jullie allemaal mensen van Grifid Metropol.

Always a comfortable stay at Grifid Metropol, this was my 3rd time and probably not the last. Staff is always helpful and super friendly. Food is super tasty, rooms are spacious and very clean.

Hôtel qui mériterait une étoile de plus, chambre impeccable et grande, restaurant au top, tant au niveau diversité que justesse des assaisonnements, bars géniaux, personnel hyper avenants et professionnel, plage bien aménagée, animations superbes. Que du positif, s'il devait y avoir un bémol ce pourrait être la musique de fond parfois lénifiante. On a adoré.
