The rooms were very modern and clean, the food was very good and tasty. The staff were very friendly and professional. I took part of Stefi's activities. I really liked doing Pilates with her. She is a big proffesional with a personal approach to people. I remember her from 2021 and still enjoy her company!

Très bonne nourriture, chambre propre, personnel sympa Enalia Bojana au pool bar, animateurs supers Erika Ilies Matteo seul chose peu de place en soirée au pool bar. A conseiller. Avons fait des all in en Crète Cuba Bahamas et Aruba et celui-ci est 2e juste après Aruba une de nos destinations favorites pour y avoir déjà séjourné 3 fois.

Ein schönes Hotel. Wunderschöne Einrichtung, große Zimmer und schöner Blick. Super Sport Animation, Steffi macht es sehr professionell, zumal, Pilates Yoga alles ist möglich. Das Essen war auch gut. Was etwas gestört hat ist ein Mangel an der Liegen am Strand und am Pool. Und die Bedienung meisten ist etwas unfreundlich.

It was very good hotel for my family. It was a lot of things to do. The animation team was very friendly,helpful and thoughtful. The special thanks to Sofi. It was pleasure to spend time with you. I've never done gymnastics on my holiday. This time was another. Yoga, aqua aerobics and pilates was cool. The animation at 21 was very funny. Room service and kitchen service was in good quality. Thanks a lot for my stay.

As a family we have been to many all inclusive hotels and although vistamar offers everything you would expect from an all inclusive, in terms of food selection, entertainment etc what sets this hotel apart from other places we have been is the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and everywhere was super clean. We give a huge praise for the animations team who by far made our holiday the best. They are friendly, caring, kind, funny and extremely talented at what they do. Steffi made the sports/fitness program so much fun, I’ve never exercised so much on holiday ☺️ she didn’t just make us copy what she was doing but gave us directions, corrections for the positions in yoga and encouragement. She was also very empathetic and expressed to us to listen to our bodies and do what we could or modified her program to suit our abilities. An extra special thank you to Steffi and the other animation team members ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. Fantastic location on the Golden sand ***** and plenty to explore outside of the hotel too.

We have been many times in Grifid Hotels (Metropol, Encanto and Marea) but it was our first visit in Grifid Vistamar hotel. I can not express our satisfaction being concept guests (16+). Hotel is clean and well furnished (as all Grifid properties). The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. The concept board is worth every single cent - executive access to the area at the top - infinity pool, food court and bar a-la-carte service - just tranquility and special feeling. Dine around program gave us opportunity to have diner every evening at different restaurants in several Grifid hotels - no boredom at all - fish, rodisio, fusion, Italian, Asian...The main restaurant could be lighter inside but this is quite personal opinion. The food is tasty, the drinks in the bars (soft and alchoholic) are of high quality. The concept guests have access to adults only beach (16+) which is as an island of calmness comparing to the rest of the area. Suggestion for improvement - could be good if the tent over the top restaurant does not allow the sun to shine when having lunch. Thank you Grifid for being our host for 10-th time. We will see you again definitely!

After visiting more than 50 countries I have written only one feedback to the hotel as it was very positive, exciting experience. This is my second feedback because I want to warn everyone who is considering having vacation in Grifid Vistamar hotel. We are currently havina vacation with the family in this hotel. It is definitely not a 5* or even 4 hotel. Several facts: -there are no bath robes, sleepers or even cotton pads in the room: -there is no hair conditioner and there is only soap and body&hair shampoo together; -the first day towels were missing at the time slot when they should be available and personnel recommended to come back in four () hours or to solve the problem ourselves (!) at the reception; -milk in the coffee on the beach was not fresh, it was simply sour; -outdoor pool is small and there is no chance to stand there, forget about swimming; -beach is public and hotels' sun beds are occupied by not hotel's guests since early morning: -personnel is rude, not trained to interact and it is allowed to smoke during the meal, therefore. help the guests: do not be surprised having breakfast on the terrace surrounded by smoking people; -there are no towels in the gym water is not regularly refilled. Gym's size is tiny and there are only four old maschines available. Have you ever seen such quality of equipment in the gims of the 5* hotels (see the picture)? Shame!
