Byliśmy w sierpniu 2023. +Fajny hotel dla pobytu z rodziną. +Wydłużyli nam dobę hotelowa więc to na plus. + 500 m do plaży w linii prostej ale mamy prywatne leżaki. + Jedzenie spoko, trochę monotonne. Ogólnie pozytywnie oceniam swój pobyt tam, dziecko i żona zadowolana

Недавно остановились в этом отеле в Болгарии и остались в полном восторге. В первую очередь хочется отметить чистоту – всё на высшем уровне. Номер 313 был уютным и свежим, с красивым видом на море. Отель находится совсем рядом с морем, что для нас было огромным плюсом. Дополнительно приятно удивил удобный транспорт, который регулярно забирал нас от отеля и доставлял прямо на пляж, а затем возвращал обратно. Это сделало наш отдых ещё более комфортным и беззаботным. Еда в отеле была просто превосходной! Разнообразие блюд приятно удивило, а качество приготовления оставило самые лучшие впечатления. Завтраки, обеды и ужины были чётко по времени. Особое внимание заслуживает и бар. Атмосфера там была потрясающей, а бармен Станислав своей мастерской работой и дружелюбным отношением сделал наши вечера незабываемыми. Хотим выразить особую благодарность нескольким сотрудникам отеля: Елена Илиева своим вниманием к деталям и заботой о нас сделала наше пребывание особенно приятным, благодаря её профессионализму и доброжелательности мы чувствовали себя как дома. Также благодарим охранника Красимира на парковке, который моментально организовал для нас парковочное место – его помощь была очень кстати. J’ai réservé un appartement familial de 8 août au 15 août et quand on est arrivé, ils ont dit que ils ont pas de appartement - donc on a eu une chambre avec 2 lit et une canapé ! On est arrivé à l’heure des Snacking - on pouvait manger que des frites et Nuggets pourrie !!!!! Le 9 Août -on a eu un appartement avec 2 lits et une canapé cassé 😡 Donc on est parti à la réception pour demander deux matelas pour dormir comme il faut , mais on a un temps de trois heures .. dans l’hôtel y a personne qui parle bien anglais, juste bulgare et russe !!! Pas de ménage pendant les sept jours !!! On était obligé de demander pour papier toilette et des serviettes !!! La bouffe, elle était horrible et tous les jours la même chose -la bouffe des cantines !!! La plage, elle est très loin avec 12 places et blindé des petits mouches, on ne peut pas rester à la plage !!!!

One of the best holiday as I feel always at my home… their slogan is your second home. I was here 5 years ago when it was hilton and I saw that all personal is running for guest satisfaction. In the following years when i came back I always had a fruit basket from general manager saying welcome to your second home. Now it is my home thank you all but special thanks to barman Stoyan, he always run for hotel success and best cocktails and working like it is his own business.. I will come back next year too

Best All Inclusive Experience . Everything from the rooms , pools , Food , beverages and staff is not 5 but 10 stars . We came here in a family vacation and we had a blast. We could feel like home . Everyone was so welcoming and we were treated so nice

My family recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the staff's behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were met with hostility and rudeness. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also outright disrespectful, often raising their voices and making rude comments. This lack of basic customer service skills made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On several occasions, we witnessed staff yelling at other guests, which created a very negative and stressful atmosphere. It was clear that they lacked the necessary training to handle guests with courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location or amenities. We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state of customer service is unacceptable. Until significant improvements are made, we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Наша семья недавно останавливалась в этом отеле, и мы были крайне разочарованы поведением персонала. С самого начала мы столкнулись с враждебностью и грубостью. Сотрудники были злыми и неуважительными, часто повышали голос и делали грубые замечания. Отсутствие элементарной вежливости сделало наше пребывание очень неприятным. Хотя номера вполне приличные для отеля такого типа за свою цену, поведение персонала было неприемлемым. Мы видели, как персонал несколько раз кричал и на других гостей, создавая негативную и стрессовую атмосферу. Было очевидно, что им не хватало надлежащего обучения обслуживанию клиентов. Вдобавок ко всему, необоснованная ругань персонала заставила наших детей плакать, что было абсолютно неприемлемо. Мы надеемся, что руководство оперативно решит эти серьезные проблемы. Пока не будут сделаны улучшения, мы не можем рекомендовать останавливаться в этом отеле.

В данный момент находимся в отеле. Все идеально. Уборка каждый день, еда отличная, персонал супер. Вообщем отдых удался на славу!!! На пляже от отеля лежаки и зонты бесплатно но дно в море не очень, на пляж от отеля больше не ходим. Купаться ходим в другие места можно найти места где угодно.
