Guest parking for 2-3 cars with sidewalk to private entrance. 2,400 square foot apartment includes full laundry room, complete open kitchen/ bar, 2 decks, and great cell coverage. The huge game room includes a 55" smart TV, full-size pool table, shuffle board table, foosball table and space to spare. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, huge walk-in closet, desk and work areas, a smart TV and full bath. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds, walk-in closet, a desk and reading area. Well water is excellent for drinking. Apex Park mountain biking and foot path just feet from your door. Red Rocks concerts, City of Golden and the town of Evergreen are only 10 minutes away. Denver International Airport is a 40 minute drive. Loveland, Winter Park and Arapaho Basin ski areas are all within an hours drive. Copper and Keystone are a little further, but doable. Frequent wildlife sightings of deer, hummingbirds (in summer), elk, turkeys, and hawks, with the occasional coyote or black bear. We allow 24-48 hours between bookings to fully clean, sanitize and restock the unit so that it will be perfect upon your arrival. Missing anything, just ask.
