Excellent place with amazing view to sapanca lake. Small boutique hotel and restaurant. They have not only breakfast but also dinner. Very nice and kindness staff! Location great, you have the silent of residence neighborhood and walking distance to the lake. Very good value for money.

Our stay here made the start of our trip all the more enjoyable. They serve a large and tasty Turkish breakfast, and various hearty dishes for dinner. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful views. We have never met a host as kind and helpful as Arda, the owner of this hotel. We had an issue with the booking from Agoda's end and Arda managed to solve everything with ease. There are quite the number of stairs, so those who carry large luggages may find some difficulty - although we were offered help also with carrying them up to our room. We definitely recommend staying here!
