Otel temizliği iyiydi. İçeride termal havuzu ve dışarda da havuzu var. Dışarıda da havuzu olması büyük bir artıydı. Yüzerken yemyeşil bir ormana bakarak yüzüyorsunuz. Ayrıca dış havuzda istediğiniz içeceği de içebiliyorsunuz. Yemekleri çok lezzetli. Yoğurtluları özellikle çok güzeldi. Tatlıları harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Canla başla çalışıyorlar. Otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Ancak akşam yemeğinden sonra yapılabilecek hiçbirşey yok. Mutfak kapandığında içecek çay bile olmuyor. Canlı müzik ve en azından belli bir saate kadar çay-kahve soğuk içecek içme imkanı olabilirdi. Bunu eksik buldum.

Merhaba 7-8 tane otele gittim fakat en kötü Tercih ettiğim Vital Thermal Otel oldu, otelde wi-fi yok sadece 3-4 çeşit yemek çıktı, Havuzun her yerinde arılar böcekler var akşam yemeği saatinin dokuza kadar olduğunu söylediler saat 7.30 olmadan başımıza gelip toplayalım artık dediler çalışanlar çok ilgisiz hiç tavsiye etmiyorum 3 gece kalacakken bir gecede oradan ayrıldık ve başka bir otel tercih ettik...

Отдыхали в этом отеле первый раз. В Термал приезжаем часто и останавливались в разных отелях и однозначно могу сказать , что он лучший! Красивые и чистые номера, хорошая уборка , доброжелательный персонал. Бассейн на улице. А про питание хочется сказать отдельно. Шев повар профессионал своего дела. Все очень вкусно и разнообразно. Интересуется все ли понравилось и какие пожелания ! Будем однозначно останавливаться только в этом отеле!!!! Спасибо персоналу за отличный отдых!!! Рекомендую!!!

Eşimle şahane bir tatil geçirdik.Otel çok temiz yemekler çok lezzetli.Havuzlar ve tüm kullanım alanları temizdi.Dışarda sıcak havuz olması çok güzeldi.Kendimizi gerçekten misafir gibi hissettik.personel ilgiliydi.masajın işinin ehli insanlar tarafından yapılması muhteşemdi.çok sevdik teşekkür ederiz

В отеле прекрасный отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки, удобные номера, хороший СПА с минеральным бассейном, до главных бань пешком 10 минут. Белье и халаты меняют каждый день, если нужно. Но некоторая мебель-устаревшая. Отель нам понравился , будем останавливаться здесь повторно.
