They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have
Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Even one star is too much, it smells sooo bad. No idea about cleaning... The hotel smells bad, the food is mediocre, the plates and glasses are dirty, the wet areas are neglected, ufff, it's the worst, it's awful... It's not suitable for families, don't do this disrespect to yourself!!!!

It was definitely a very bad experience. The air conditioner in the room was not working. However, I came for 1 day to benefit from the spa and pool. However, since there was not one masseur in the hotel and he was not there, we could not benefit from it at all that day. My wife and I had to swim in separate pools. We received the answer that the reason is that it complies with Islamic practices. It is one of the hotels you should stay away from. Thank you.
