This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed for two nights. Both the indoor and outdoor hot spring pools were warm and very comfortable. The Balinese therapists at the spa were very good at massage and we made reservations every day. The staff provided excellent service. The food was Turkish and very delicious. We loved how luxurious the room decorations were. The bathtub and toilet were both impressive and impressive. It is a historic building. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Thermal pool, luxurious rooms with gold furniture, bathtubs available with thermal water in every room… It was amazing. We also had a balcony to ourselves.

Great location. Poor thermals. Breakfast is worse ever than anyTurkish hotels we ever stayed. Recommend do not take have board. Very nice places to eat in the small cafeterias around. Staff is not attentive. Not planning to come back to this place. For this money should be so much better. Honestly we always want to try this hotel in Yalova , disappointed. .

Rezervasyonda Ümit Bey ve sorunların çözümünde Erkut Esenlik ile karşılaşmazsanız eğer çok güzel bir tatil sizi bekliyor demektir. Ümit bey rezervasyon yaparken çok kibar,herşeyi not aldığını söylüyor ve otele giriş yaptığınızda hiçbir not alınmadığı için daha girişte mağduriyetiniz başlıyor.Kendisine ulaşıldığında ise ***et kaba bir şekilde nerdeyse sizi yalancı çıkaracak şekilde kendini savunmaya geçiyor. Burada devreye Erkut bey giriyor,siz kendisine sorununuzu anlatmaya çalışırken ***et lakayd ve saygısız bir biçimde memeleketinizi falan sorup sorunu küçümsüyor.Çözüm derseniz 5 günlük tatilde 3 kez oda değiştirmek,ki suit odada kalıyorduk. Kendisine durumdan rahatsızlığınızı ilettiğinizde ise şu ana kadar hiç şikayet olmadığını söyleyip sizi sorunlu gösteriyor. Ben doktorum,babam doktor ailece güzel ve sorunsuz bir tatil geçirmek isterken Erkut beyin çözümsüzlüğü ve lakayd tavırları yüzünden ilk dakika da gerildik. Bence bugüne kadar şikayet olmamasının sebebi kesinlikle otelin,termalin güzelliği yemeklerin müthiş personelin güleryüzlü olmasıdır. Sorunsuzluğa alışan Erkut Bey ise tam bir günümüz insanını yansıtıp dakikalarca boş konuşup en sonunda da kaçarak yanınızdan uzaklaşan bir yöneticidir. Sanırım 10 yıldır çalışıyormuş orada,otel yöneticiliğini bilemem ama insan ilişkileri sorun çözme kabiliyeti '0' dır. Umarım şikayetim kaale alınır ve kendisinin şımarıkça rahat tavırları bu şikayetle sarsılır. Teşekkür ederim
