The peoperty had good food and the staff there was very friendly. The pool was really nice and amazing rooms and the bathroom. The buggy service to go up and down was really nice. Parking was a bit tricky thats it.

The facility is very average - from approach road to the layout to the room quality and amenities. Nothing is premium as they claim and charge for. For instance, the curtain in the large glass door was cheapest quality and of size which did not cover the full glass door! The rooms, reception and restaurant are all located at different levels on the mountain slope making it painful for elderly people with weak knees. The restaurant has very limited options for all meals and the quality of food is very poor. There was power outage almost every hour. They have back up power but the transition is not smooth and not instantly. The rooms have no sofa to sit, which one expects after paying for one night. The swimming pool size is good only for kids and the water appeared heavily loaded with chemicals. Overall, this place should best be avoided unless they reset the tariff to 5-6K.

SW Gokarna property location is good except it's on hill and facilities are multi layers & restaurant at lower level calls for steps climbing after food and senior citizens find it quite taxing. A la carte ordered Food quality in restaurant was very good 💯😊

Whilst Stone Wood Premier remains an excellent property, our experience was spoilt by inadequate supervision/management that led to sub-par level of services. Some examples during our one night stay: delayed check-in due to lack of staff to bring our luggage from the car (the front desk person was busy talking on his mobile and "did not see us" coming down the stairs), having to ask for hand towels and fused bulb replacement in the bathroom, repeatedly following up for breakfast (several items were served only at 7:30 am versus the given time of 7:00 am).

Service is really good. Nice individual cottages, and entire property is covered with greenery. Om beach is nearby from the property. A good no of activities to do in resort like zip line, archery etc

Two beaches are nearby, a very good jungle stay, and gokarna is a best fit of spirituality and leisure
