Hotel muito bem localizado e com serviço de excelente qualidade. Quarto grande com TV e frigobar. Ar condicionado gelando. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Chuveiro com água quente e fria funcionando perfeitamente. O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a cama, muito macia para meu gosto, mas do resto, gostei muito da minha hospedagem dia 16 a 19/10/2024. recomendo.

Valor da hospedagem bem acima do nível do hotel. Não tinha água aquecida e ralo do banheiro estava entupido. Elevador Hotel muito antigo, está precisando de uma reforma ou abaixar o preço de sua diaria pois existe em Goiânia hotéis melhores e mais barato.

Primeiro, localização muito boa. Quartos excelente chuveiro maravilhoso e café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. Atendimento da recepção sensacional. O que não gostei: quarto duplo com 1 toalha, solicitei e acho que se estivesse esperando ainda estaria lá. Wi-Fi, tentamos de todas formas e fomos até a recepção e nada. Outra coisa que me deixou extremamente chateado foi que de manhã ao solicitar o carro o mesmo estava estacionado na rua, não entendi, passou a noite na rua? Alguém tirou de manhã? Se tirou foi a pedido de quem? Infelizmente não gostei disso.

é preciso salientar que é um hotel antigo, portanto toda sua estrutura é antiga. Porém é um hotel muito bem cuidado, muito bem conservado. os quartos tem bom tamanho, as camas são confortáveis, enxoval em excelente estado de conservação. o café também é muito bom. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e simpáticos. A localização é ótima, ao lado da feira da lua, de supermercado e bons restaurantes.

Reservei um quarto para minha família. Eu minha esposa e meus dois filhos 5 e 9 anos. Chegando no quarto, tomadas e interruptores sem espelhos deixando os fios a mostras. Não encontrei nenhuma coberto ou lençol. Ao tentar falar na recepção no período da noite ninguém atende o telefone. Tive que descer várias vezes na recepção para ser atendido. Quando solicitei reparo não tinha nenhum profissional para atender. Fui informado que somente no outro dia.

I stayed at this hotel three years ago because of location convenience. It looks like the hotel didn't have any improvement done since then. The room was for two guests, there were two beds, but one bathroom towel and no blankets on the second bed. I didn't even notice until I went to bed. The bathroom mirror was completely full of dark spots that I could not even see my reflection. The room itself was simple and clean. If the owners plan to keep this hotel, they should invest in upgrading/renovation it. On the plus side, the staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good.

Pontos Positivos: Hotel antigo mas bem cuidado e limpo, café da manhã bom, funcionários educados e bem localizado. Pontos não tão positivos: No meu quarto todas as tomadas estavam quebradas ou improvisadas. Chuveiro difícil de controlar a vazão. Cobertor da cama de péssima qualidade.
