I made two reservations in my name. When I checked in, the attendants identified the two reservations and asked for confirmation. I asked if everything was correct, and I replied that the other reservation would be for my parents who would arrive on the early morning flight. In the early hours of the morning, at approximately 2:30 am, on 11/25, when my parents went to check in. Another attendant told us that we did not have a second reservation, and that we would have to pay again for the stay. I request a refund for the second night, from the hotel or the trip.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. O quarto é amplo, bem equipado e tem cama confortável e grande. O café da manhã também é bom! O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Tem estacionamento disponível. Os pontos negativos que achei foram: localização (muito distante do Centro) e achei os preços altos do jantar no restaurante.

Estava em conexão em Goiânia, e escolhi o Plaza, para passar apenas 1 pernoite, dia 03/04/2024, apto TPL, Preço normal; meu embarque foi no dia seguinte na madrugada. Chegando, liguei no hotel e o traslado chegou bem rápido e no check-out super tranquilo e traslado tipo 5 minutos do aeroporto a volta. Cama e Banho, Bom. Aproveitamos e Jantamos, restaurante com boa qualidade e preços justos. Mesmo sendo frente a um local super movimentado de veículos o dia e a noite toda, conseguimos dormir bem. Mas indico solicitar os aptos que não fiquem de frente, acredito ser mais tranquilo a noite. Não é um hotel NOVO, mas agradável, principalmente para quem faz apenas conexão. Quanto passar por lá em conexão, com certeza volto.

Hotel incrível!! Entrada e saída ótima, sem dizer que é próximo ao aeroporto de Goiânia, tem tudo o que vc precisa ao redor dele , posto de gasolina, padaria, supermercado, farmácia, banco,distribuidoras fim..... adoro carregar meus clientes nele, e indico de olhos fechados !

As fotos disponíveis aqui não correspondem com a realidade. Após ver as fotos, esperava um hotel confortável, limpo e bem cuidado. O hotel está velho e decadente, paredes e elevador desgastados, tudo passa uma imagem ruim. A cama é muito desconfortável, a roupa de cama apresenta furos. O café da manhã começa as 06; para um hotel que o diferencial é estar próximo ao aeroporto, o café deveria começar mais cedo.
