Pessimo atendimento , recepcionista camila avalia o cliente pala forma de vestir !!! Constrangimento!!! Obrigando o clente buscar a chave !!! Arrogantemente, o hotel é bom mas o atendimento Deixa a desejar, não voltarei pois meu dinheiro vale igual de outros clientes !!!

Hotel bem localizado, com grande quantidade de quartos. Recepção ampla, e restaurante idem! As vagas do estacionamento são apertadas, e não comporta toda a lotação do hotel. O quarto é simples, mas completo. TV, frigobar abastecido, colchão bom e opção de ar condicionado ou ventilador(precisa escolher na hora da reserva! Com ar é mais caro). Banheiro normal, com ducha e seleção de água quenta e fria! Possui uma pequena área de lazer e uma pequena piscina no andar mais alto.

Aceitam pets e tratam bem o hóspede com pets. Além disso tem a facilidade de um restaurante com pratos fartos, café da manhã justo e área de lazer com churrasqueira para o dia em que você não quiser sair do hotel para jantar.

A infra estrutura dos quartos é muito boa. Tanto os quartos quanto o banheiro é amplo. Cama de casal grande e confortável. Toalhas macias e limpas. Sai muito cedo e acabei não experimentando o café da manhã. Bem localizado, próximo a marginal Botafogo. A minha sugestão é fazer uma reforma na recepção, que está um pouco antiga. De resto, nada a reclamar.

O Hotel não tem toalhas! Inacreditável. Alegaram problemas de lavanderia. Pelo preço, é de se esperar o mínimo de serviços básicos. Além disso o serviço do restaurante é fraco e o custo benefício dos pratos ruim.

Fui muito mal atendido por telefone… por diferentes atendentes. Fiz duas reservas online e precisava fazer mais duas pela recepção e fizeram descaso de mim, me senti menosprezado. Ja li em algumas avaliações que a recepção deles é péssima. Desisti de hospedar cancelei as outras reservas que ja havia feito. Mas precisava registrar o mal atendimento deles.
